A ‘Magnificent Seven’ Ramsay hospitals make the Nursing Times
Top 100 list
A magnificent seven Ramsay Health Care UK hospitals have been
included in this year’s Nursing Times Top 100, which ranks the best
organisations for nurses to work in the UK:
Each hospital will find out their exact placing at the awards
ceremony in March. The prestigious list can include any employer of
nurses, including NHS Trusts, nursing homes, charities, and the
armed forces.
David Hillier, Chief Executive of Ramsay Health Care UK, said:
“Congratulations to all the hospital staff and managers involved in
this fantastic achievement. I am very proud that our hospitals are
considered such excellent places to work, and have no doubt it is
the professionalism and dedication of the staff that contributes to
such a positive working environment.”
The Top 100 list is compiled through questionnaires filled in by
the hospitals and their employees, which are then analysed by
Nursing Times on key areas such as flexible working arrangements,
equality and diversity, and training and development.
Nursing Times’ Editor, Rachel Downey, said: “We had a huge
number of entries from both the NHS and the independent sector.
This is a tremendous achievement which reflects extremely well on
your employment practices and as a reflection of how your employees
feel about their place of work.”
