Springfield- Podiatry Evening
A very successful Podiatry information evening, hosted by
Springfield Hospital Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic, was
held recently to promote our new Podiatry service.
The event was attended by a range of medical professionals
including: Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Orthopaedic Surgeons
with an interest in foot surgery.
Topics of discussion during the evening included a review of the
evidence behind the prescription of orthotics and treatment of a
range of lower limb Musculo-skeletal conditions.
David Reid - lecturer in podiatric medicine at the University of
Essex of East London will be holding a clinic at Springfield
hospital every Saturday.
