Annual Leave

All employees begin with a basic pro rata entitlement of 33 days leave (including Bank Holidays) which increases with service up to a possible 39 days.

All eligible employees will be auto enrolled in to the Ramsay Health Care Operations Pension Scheme at the prevailing statutory rates. After a qualifying period the company contributions will be increased, subject to certain criteria.

Performance Development Review

We believe that formal feedback is important to enable our staff to perform effectively, feel engaged and reach their full potential. We therefore have a structured process of annual performance review for every employee.

Private Healthcare Scheme

After 6 months service, employees may join the Ramsay Healthcare Scheme. Part time staff are required to make a contribution. Dependents may also be included at an additional charge.
