How to refer a patient
All NHS services offered at the Treatment
Centres can be booked directly via the National Choose and Book
system. We also accept faxes or letters sent to the Centre most
suitable for your patient or via your local PCT Referral Management
Centre as per current practice.

for each Treatment Centre are given below:
Through Choose and Book, we will offer patients the choice of
the above sites in the North of England for their outpatient
appointment or surgery. For their convenience, patients in North
Cumbria will also be able to book their consultation at the Caldew
NHS Outpatient Centre.

Caldew Outpatient Centre has facilities for outpatient services
and if elective treatment is needed, will arrange for patients to
be treated at the Kendal NHS Treatment Centre in Kendal.
