(ii) Satisfaction Index - the best single measure of how
satisfied patients are. At 93.2% the patient Satisfaction Index
puts Blakelands NHS Treatment Centre percentile score at 99th,
equating to Ramsay being placed in the top 2% of companies.

(iv) We assess and screen all patients prior to admission so
they can be treated prior to any high-risk surgery. If required, we
isolate patients coming from high-risk areas.
