In July 2006, Ramsay Health Care decided to undertake some studies, in order to demonstrate the degree of improvement which patients felt following hip replacement, knee replacement, and cataract surgery. The questionnaires used are well-recognised and researched tools. The results have been collated by an independent data management company (The Leadership Factor).
