Health check services at Oaks Hospital
Regular health checks help people take control of their lives,
by showing them what they need to do to stay healthy and
reassuring them about potential health problems.
Health checks do not only aim to diagnose existing conditions,
it also helps to evaluate risk factors and develop a preventive
strategy specifically tailored to your lifestyle.
Healthcheck involves a detailed discussion and initial tests
being carried out by the nurse, followed by an examination and
unhurried consultation with the health screening doctor.
Your examination results will be interpreted by our experienced
doctors and any further tests or treatment will be arranged quickly
and conveniently thanks to our large network of specialists and

Early identification of key individual risk factors is crucial
to assist in the prevention of illness.
Common conditions such as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes,
heart disease and strokes can be prevented if people are aware that
they are at risk and take measures to reduce this risk.
More serious diseases such as breast and prostate cancer can be
detected at an early stage, when the prospects for successful
treatment are much greater.
