General referrals
GPs can refer a patient for outpatient consultation, diagnostic
tests or treatment.
To refer, please write to the appropriate Consultant.
Appointments may be made by telephone on 0845 155 3111 (except
where stated, please see Consultant list). Referral letters may be
faxed
to 01234 567 890.
