Coaching at Pinehill Hospital
Have you tried to lose weight, but given up? Have you started on
an exercise regime, but not followed it through? Do you promise to
be back home early from the office- but never manage it? Do you
feel either under pressure, or unfulfilled by your work? Are your
relationships suffering because of this?
Work one-to-one with a coach over 6-8 sessions, take control of
your life again- and reach the goals that you set yourself. Whether
you want to improve your fitness, your relationships, your
self-esteem, or your work-life balance, coaching can help with them
all.
If you are looking for some practical, non-judgmental support
and motivation to help make life better, then consider coaching. All
coaching is within a timescale - usually 2-3 months - and clients
commit to agreed goals between their weekly sessions, in order to
move forward.
If you think that you would benefit from coaching, please
contact Glynis Kozma, a member of the Association for Coaching, who
will be very happy to have chat with you and explain more about how
it works.
She can be contacted through the Pinehill Hospital
Physiotherapy Department on 01462 427215, or directly on 01462
713001. Clients can be assured that Glynis works within a Code of
Ethics and all coaching is fully confidential.
