To cope with those weekend injuries, Pinehill Hospital in Hitchin offer a drop in clinic on Mondays from 10.30am until 1.45pm.

If you sustain a soft tissue injury(ankle sprain,ligament injury,muscle pull etc) you could benefit from initial assessment without delay. No GP referral required.

Simply attend the Pinehill Physiotherapy Department during the stated hours. Avoiding delay in assessment and diagnosis can potentially decrease your time out through injury.

What does the sports injury service offer?

The service offers:

• Expert assessment of acute injury
• Advice on management and future actions

No referral or appointment neccessary and patients are seen on a first come first served basis.

The assessment cost is £20 (consumables, strapping, supports etc will be additional)
