Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic

The Physiotherapy Department at Ashtead Hospital provides an acute sports injury service with fast track access for Patients.

The provision of a fast access service, with minimal waiting time, enables those who participate in sport to return to fitness/competition as soon as possible following an injury.

The Sports injury clinic is staffed by Senior Chartered State Registered Physiotherapists and also has the benefit of a sports injury physiotherapists specialist, Stuart Vaughan, Msc Sports Physiotherapy. There are several Orthopaedic Consultants and sports Medicine Specialists who will be available at short notice should a referral be appropriate following assessment and treatment by the physiotherapist.
