(i) The Leadership Factor mailed 210 patients of whom 145
returned their questionnaires, a response rate of 69%.
(ii) Satisfaction Index - the best single measure of how
satisfied patients are. At 95.1% the patient Satisfaction Index
puts Bodmin NHS Treatment Centre percentile score at 99th,
equating to Ramsay (formerly Capio) being placed in the top 2% of
companies. Percentile ranking as compared to other companies
includes government bodies, schools and hospitals surveyed by The
Leadership Factor.

and treatment fully explained by your consultant surgeon/physician.
2) Being involved in discussions about your treatment and care. 3)
Availability of the consultant surgeon/physician. 4) Helpfulness of
nursing staff. 5) Physical care. 6) Care and attention by the
RMO.
(iv) We assess and screen all patients prior to admission so
they can be treated prior to any high risk surgery. If required, we
isolate patients coming from highrisk areas.
