Quality at Ramsay Health Care UK
At Ramsay, we measure our performance in order to find out what
we can improve and develop our quality further.
To achieve this we principally use the three Group-Wide
measurement tools which measure medical quality, how patients
perceive our care quality, how efficiently and effectively we work,
and how satisfied our employees are.
Mini QPP - Patient Satisfaction
Mini QPP (Quality from the Patient's Perspective) measures two
dimensions of how patients perceive care quality: on the one hand,
based on their concrete experience of the care provided
by Ramsay and on the other hand, based on the importance of
each aspect for the patient.
Handbook Rounds
The Handbook Rounds follow up the extent to which
each Unit has introduced the standards contained in the
handbook to ensure we are offering services of the highest
quality.
The Barometer - Employee Satisfaction
The Barometer enables us to find out our employees' views
on such aspects as management, working conditions and communication
and improve the quality of these in the long term.
