Accessing NHS Treatments in Cumbria and Lancashire
Ramsay Health Care UK in conjunction with the Department of
Health and Primary Care Trusts within the region are now providing
elective surgery to NHS patients in Cumbria and Lancashire.
This service has been designed to reduce and sustain shorter
waiting times for patients through additional capacity and
wider choice, whilst ensuring professional, clean environments that
deliver value for money.
Ramsay Health Care will provide this service from a number
of NHS Treatment Centres, working with partners in the Independent
sector.
The Treatment Centres are located in:
Through Choose and Book, we will offer patients the choice of
the above sites in the North of England for their outpatient
appointment or surgery.
Outreach facilities
Facilities are provided at the
following locations for outpatient consultation and follow up
appointments as part of the patient pathway for Kendal NHS
Treatment Centre. Please note that treatment will only take place
at Kendal NHS Treatment Centre and not within outreach
facilities.
