Administration & Hotel Services
Our hospitals could not operate effectively and deliver excellent patient care without the special skills and support of many non-clinical functions. From reception to housekeeping, catering, portering, medical records and billing, each team provides an important aspect of the whole patient journey. Within Ramsay Health Care, we pride ourselves on our high standards of customer service and ensure that it is this premium level of care that differentiates us from our competitors.
Whilst many people join us as managers, we are always eager to develop our staff and promote internally. As can be seen from our Development link, whatever level you are at, there are many ways to progress and enhance your management career within Ramsay. It is recognised that employees join a company but often leave a manager and therefore at Ramsay, we place great value on the education and support available to anyone in a supervisory or management position. We require our managers to be role models and to facilitate high levels of employee engagement through effective leadership and communication techniques.
We are always eager to hear from people who wish to join one of our many bank teams. Whether as a registered nurse, healthcare assistant, administrator, porter, housekeeper or chef, you will form part of a valuable group of workers who enable us to flex our workforce to meet the changing demands of the business. As a bank worker, you will be provided with a full induction, giving you the knowledge and confidence to work effectively with your Ramsay colleagues.
Many of our organisational support functions are centralised within our dual sited head offices based in London and Bedford.
