After receiving his medical training, Mr Saw worked at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Following his appointment to the Percivall Pott Orthopaedic Training programme he rotated through the hospitals in the region including The Royal London Hospital, Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital. At the end of his training programme he spent a year in Australia, as a Hand and Upper Limb Fellow to develop his interest in hand, elbow and shoulder problems.
