I visited Clifton Park hospital as I needed an urgent minor surgery mole removal. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and was seen by Dr Adamthwaite who was fantastic. I was booked in quickly and felt very safe in their hands. The whole team were amazing and went the extra mile to help and support me. Dr Adamthwaite was knowledgeable, calming and an excellent surgeon. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent in virtually all respects, and I was particularly appreciative, not just of the medical care received but also the invaluable one-to-one physio session a few weeks after my operation as a way of getting re-assurance about my recovery progress and the correctness of my exercising. I did, however, find the food provided during my hospital stay a little on the disappointing side, I'm afraid.

I recently had surgery under the care of Mr Adamthwaite at Clifton Park Hospital and I cannot recommend him and the whole team more highly. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding and I am absolutely delighted with my results. Mr Adamthwaite is the most incredible surgeon. He genuinely cares about his patients, takes the time to listen, explains everything in detail, and is always kind and reassuring. His attention to detail is remarkable, his work is truly outstanding, and I am absolutely delighted with my results. I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the start of my journey, Courtney (Private Patient Coordinator) has done a lot of work in the background, genuinely cared, and been incredibly helpful throughout. The inpatient team at Clifton Park Hospital were fantastic. The surgical and nursing staff on the wards were caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely supported throughout my stay. I felt safe and reassured in their care every step of the way. The outpatient team provided truly outstanding care and follow-up after my surgery. Simone’s support was exceptional, she went above and beyond in many ways, calming and reassuring me and making a real difference to my recovery. Special thanks also to the lovely nurses Liz, Luci, and Nic, whose care was attentive, kind, and supportive throughout. The outpatient team delivered the gold standard of care, and their dedication and attention made my recovery experience so positive and reassuring. I will truly miss seeing the whole team, and I am incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done. I can honestly say I received the very best care at Clifton Park and could not recommend Mr Adamthwaite and the entire team more highly.

I could not fault anyone at Clifton Park. Having had an operation at Spire in Leeds a couple of years ago and it was absolutely awful, the experiences were like night and day. Everyone was amazing and Jo my nurse went absolutely above and beyond. Everyone put me at ease and were so kind, especially as it took me ages to come round from the anesthetic! Hopefully I won't need anymore operations again, but if I do, I would for sure what it to be at Clifton Park. Thank you for looking after me so well ❤️ 10/10 ⭐

I had toe fusion surgery under the care of Mr Jowett on 25th March, and I have nothing but praise for him and his team. They were all professional and extremely friendly from the catering, cleaning and health care workers up to Mr Jowett himself. If I could give special thanks to Staff Nurse Anjela. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I can honestly say I've yet to meet a kinder, more conscientious young lady. She's an absolute credit to the team. I have to have further similar surgery later this year and I hope I meet the same staff. 10/10

Having to have a hip replacement last week at the age 44 I was absolutely terrified! I cannot thank ALL of the staff for looking after me so well. Everyone was so nice to me as I was such a wimp! Especially Dr Berridge the anaesthetist who I very nearly cried at! You’re all absolutely amazing people there THANKYOU so very much

I had ACL and MCL reconstruction yesterday, I was so anxious about the operation. I was reassured so much that all would be ok. Nurse Ellie I just want to say thank you so much for looking after me like you did what an amazing nurse you are. The anaesthetist was amazing I can’t remember his name but he reassured me when I was anxious about being put to sleep, Dr Nagy even though I only saw him briefly before my operation, was amazing. Thank you Clifton Park Hospital for making my short stay at your hospital so nice 😊
