  • Recently had an operation and the whole experience was fantastic. I had two operations here now (Both private) and had the best possible experience you would expect from a hospital, good food choice, very friendly staff and clean. Someone mentioned in a review saying the corridor light was on all night was bright, Just ask the nurse to close your door...

  • The hospital and staff were excellent. I did feel I was being ushered out after one night when I really could have done with a second night. I had issues with my oxygen levels and blood pressure all day and was eased out. I felt a bit off colour the next morning at home and felt I should have had more care in the hospital.

From the very beginning, he was exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain each step of the process clearly and reassuringly. His calm and caring manner made a real difference to my experience. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Fitzwilliam. You were all amazing your kindness, support, and encouragement, especially during my low moments, truly made me feel special. The way you cheered me on lifted my spirits more than you know.
