  • We had trouble finding our way to the hospital. Wiukd have preferred to visit in daylight! Once there, parking was easy and the atmosphere calm and friendly.

  • Everything was fine however I was forgotten about on two occasions meaning I did not receive pain relief for a while and those first two days are when you need it most.

  • The Oaks Hospital was efficient, well managed with reassuring and professional staff. All the staff I came across throughout the process were patient centred, thoughtful and caring. I never doubted I was in a safe place and felt I could ask for anything for reassurance. My room was private and enabled me to have the space I needed. I am partially sighted and the team were able to accommodate adjustments I had. Two members of my family were able to visit and spend time with me and the Christmas decorations certainly lifted the spirits.
