Booked my 86 year old dad a private ultrasound. The scan was done with such care and was very thorough .It has taken 20 days after constant chasing to get results sent to his GP. He called several times to speak to a manager. Always in a meeting. Was promised a call yesterday. Again no one called him. Such a shame the service has gone down hill. A follow on to the above it has been dealt with and happy with the outcome. Thank you
