Felt it was inconvenient asking for some food for lunch ( just a simple sandwich)as late on morning surgical list and still in at 2 ish so was hungry.. just tea n biscuit not appropriate in this case. Theatre staff were very professional and kind,

The consultant was on time for my appointment but he then suggested I go to make an appointment for an MRI scan in another building. On arriving at the reception there was nobody there and a notice saying they would be back shortly. 20 minutes later they arrived back at reception and no apology was forthcoming for the long wait. The appointment was made and then they suggested I go to radiology for an Xray. At radiology I was told the wait time was 5 minutes but 15 minutes later nobody had spoken to me so I had to leave and will go back at a later date.

I had a micro-discectomy carried out by Mr Syed Kabir on the 06 November . I have been suffering with a disc bulge compressing my nerve root, creating sciatic pain for the past 5 months. I awoke from surgery with zero sciatic pain and minor back pain where the incision is. I haven’t been able to stand up straight for the last few months and the morning after surgery, I stood up straight and went for a walk around the hospital with the lovely physio team! Mr Kabir has performed nothing short of a miracle for me. He has significantly improved my quality of life within a couple of hours! He is professional, very knowledgable and an all round lovely man who I think so highly of! I would have loved to have mentioned the lovely anaesthetist, who made me feel so calm and had a lovely smiley face for me to wake up to, but I can’t remember his name! Also to mention the exceptional aftercare I received in particular from Connie and Diana Hamilton - thank you so much ladies for making me feel so comfortable and for Diane who was sitting with me and having a chat- you made my stay lovely. The room I had was like a hotel, lovely food and tea and biscuits on tap! What an experience! Myself and my family will be joining Ramsay healthcare. You have made such a difference to my life. A lovely, lovely hospital with wonderful staff! Mr Kabir- thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I had a cataract op on 6th November. My consultant Mr Toma was lovely. He talked me through the whole procedure as it happened and put me at ease. Heather the nurse I saw first was so lovely as were all the other nurses involved from walking me to the operating room, wheeling me back, bringing me tea and biscuits and finally talking me through aftercare procedures. The whole experience was made easier because of all the people who work there and their ability to make a scary experience something to remember as good.

Very efficient and friendly team. Very clean facility. All appts on time, or slightly earlier, apart from my MRI which was 30 mins delayed, but they kept me advised throughout.

I recently had a hip replacement done by Mr De Roeck who is an amazing surgeon. I was feeling a bit anxious about having the procedure but Pinehill staff made me feel at ease. From my first appt with Mr De Roeck, to being admitted and discharged, I was treated very well and made to feel comfortable during my stay at Pinehill Hospital. All staff were helpful, polite, reassuring and explained everything to me and they were happy to answer any questions. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was clean, private and quiet which was perfect for my recovery. Pinehill provided a high standard level of care during my stay and with all my aftercare. The procedure went well and I'm so happy with my new hip. I am now having physio which has helped my recovery go smoothly. I can defiantley recommend Pinehill Hospital as they provide first class care. I will be going back to Pinehill to have my other hip done once I'm fully recovered!! Well done Pinehill.
