  • My operation was done in the operating theatre. Mr Sarker asked the nurse for a pair of scissors in the middle of the procedure. This man proceeded to slowly look for a pair and came up with unsterilised scissors. Fortunately Mr Starmer was watching and told him to get the appropriate sterilised scissors, he then slowly walked over to Mr Starmer. All the other staff I came in contact with were very pleasant and efficient however due to the careless attitudeI of this one individual I would have serious concerns about having another operation at Springfield, especially if I were sedated.

  • Helpful and polite manner. Can checking of forms be done electronically in advance or on arrival by iPads. Seems a waste of paper to sign the same form every visit?
