I had a really positive experience when I attended Stourside hospital bladder clinic for 5 consecutive bladder instillation appointments earlier this year. The nurses were friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable and I felt very confident in their care, and the anxiety I originally experienced soon disappeared. It was probably the most positive hospital experience I’d ever had. Very grateful – thank you.

Very clean hospital, plenty of free parking spaces, great helpful receptionists, added bonus of a coffee machine in the waiting area. Waiting time in total was around 10 minutes.
