I've just had a private operation and ended up staying 2 nights. The care from every single member of staff is absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. They totally put me at ease and were so kind and friendly too. Highly recommend.

I had my gallbladder removed at Tees Valley Hospital on Saturday 27 April. It was my 1st ever operation so I was naturally a bit nervous. But all the staff are so friendly and I was soon put at ease. Everyone from reception, admissions, the anaesthetist, the nurse in theatre and catering. Special shout out to Jo who looked after me on the ward. And lastly a massive thank you to Mr Munipalle. Would not hesitate to come back to this hospital and would recommend it 100%.

All the staff including the brilliant Ward Sister, Care Assistants, Catering Assistants and tea ladies were lovely, smiley and couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable during you time with them.

Very good experience at New Hall with only a couple of minor issues Under the care of Mr David Chapple I received first class treatment ( he is a man who tells it as it is but is also empathetic and has your best interests in mind) There are others who deserve praise, Carole Mr C's secretary, the senior staff nurse from the Philippines ( sorry I've forgotten your name, Mary and the very kind Maryanne( night time nurse) the coffee lads and catering staff and Sue who helped my wife in getting me into the car. The hospital is clean and modern and the meals adequate and very tasty A very satisfied patient thanks
