Are you considering treatment, but are unsure about the best way to pay for it? We are partnered with Chrysalis Finance which allows you to spread the cost of your treatment across our flexible payment plans with fixed, monthly payments over a time period to suit you.
You will need to complete a simple, online credit application. Just click on the apply now button above, and enter your patient ID number that can be found on your appointment letter.
The information is sent by Chrysalis to the lender immediately and a reply is usually received by return. You can then either sign a credit agreement on screen, or have it emailed for you to complete at home.

You can borrow between £350 and £25,000, subject to status. You must be over 18 to apply, and you must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
A deposit is not required, but if you want to pay one and so reduce the amount you borrow, this is completely up to you.
This will depend on the amount you borrow and whether you pay a deposit. Our staff will show you, completely without obligation, the monthly repayments for your particular treatment. We offer 0% interest free finance over 6 or 10 months, and interest bearing finance at 14.9% APR over longer terms*.
Calculate for yourself the monthly repayments for your treatment by entering the cost in the Chrysalis calculator:
The monthly payments are collected by Direct Debit, starting 14 days after you sign the credit agreement, and are subject to the usual guarantee from your bank.
Treatments for a loan value up to and including £1,250 can be started as soon as the credit agreement is signed. Loans over this amount require a cooling off period therefore treatment can start 14 days after the credit agreement is signed.
There is a statutory ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days after signature for treatments for any loan value up to and including £1,250 during which you can cancel the credit agreement with no cost to you for. However, if you have started any treatment which would have been financed, you will have to make other arrangements to pay for it.

I had a full hip replacement on the right side by Ramsay Duchy (Truro). I looked on Ramsay’s website to see my options, and then went for a consultation. I talked to them about my payment options and thought that finance was the best option for me.
As soon as Chrysalis was mentioned and I saw the 0% and 10 months, why wouldn’t you go for this option?! Using Chrysalis was a no-brainer for me. It was a very easy process and I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, I had all the support I could need.
