Had been waiting 18 months or more for knee replacement and it got to the point I didn’t seem too be getting any further pain was getting worse I was getting older and having money in the bank but not able to enjoy life any more so decided to go private got a cancellation everything has gone very well my operation was done by Mr James Hahnel he put my mind at ease, I trusted him from the start, had op late Tuesday evening had a great nights sleep, came home Thursday evening and have not had any regrets, all the people that looked after me I say a very big THANK YOU..Alan Crunden

I have just had a minor operation at the Yorkshire Clinic related to Urology. Mr Baldo and all the nurses were incredibly professional and all the way through were very attentive and pleasant. The standard of care here was to a high standard even as an nhs day patient. The hospital is very clean and comfortable.

Once you get to see the medical staff it's great and the facility is clean, modern and tidy but it would seem the management side of the hospital is poor. I was sold this hospital as a private facility however it seems to be swamped with NHS patients. Ended up waiting over an hour extra for my first appointment then another 20 minutes for my second. The back office staff performed poorly, this is not helped with a phone system that is overly complex and far to difficult to simply speak with one of the reception team. Once through to them they more often than not transfer you through to a voicemail service. Several attempts over the course of several days to eventually receive a call back from someone who has clearly not even bothered to listen to the messages you have left. After patiently waiting for days and even weeks I still had to chase up appointments, procedure bookings, letters etc which only added time to the treatment of my condition. As a NHS hospital this is a great place, for private patience paying a considerable sum of money I would unfortunately have to say this is poor and that there are far better options.

I recently had a hip replacement surgery with Dr Brew,he did an amazing job,the staff were absolutely brilliant,they really looked after me,and after care was smashing, thank you to all involved.
