I no would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at the hospital for the outstanding care I received. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The medical staff demonstrated exceptional expertise and took the time to explain every step of my treatment, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. The nurses were attentive and caring, always ensuring my comfort and responding promptly to any concerns. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities and the efficiency of the service throughout my stay. Every member of staff I encountered contributed to a positive and reassuring experience during what could have been a very stressful time. Thank you all for your dedication and commitment to patient care. Your hard work truly makes a difference, and I am deeply appreciative.

I found the care at the hospital to be second to none when I went for my spinal operation. Almost all of the healthcare professionals I encountered were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout. I had complete trust in Mr Khatri and really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me prior to surgery, which helped put me at ease. The Anaesthetists were really informative and really happy which put me at ease too before my procedure. The level of care I received was exceptional. I felt safe, respected, and well looked after at all times. Jo, Kerri, Selina, and the wider team went above and beyond during the 24 hours I was in their care—taking the time to chat, listen, and support me whenever needed. Even the smaller details didn’t go unnoticed. The staff delivering meals were cheerful, the food was genuinely delicious, and the lady who cleaned my room was lovely and took great pride in maintaining a high standard. I also consistently found the reception team to be friendly and helpful. I’m truly grateful for the high standard of care I received throughout my stay.

I recently had full knee replacement surgery and the staff on the ward and recovery room and surgery team was so amazing they listened and cared and took the time for me am so very grateful for all they did kept me calm and happy and nothing was any trouble thank you to everyone involved in my care without people like you this world would be so different.thank you and to Steve thank you for my hug and understanding my fears would highly recommend this hospital the care you receive is seconded to none 😊

Not impressed with Dr Zekia who did my last cataract operation. Found him very brusque & unaproachable. He was very rough & hurt me twice during the operation

From arrival to discharge, as a day patient, I was made to feel very welcome, and was looked after very well. Had my own room, snacks were provided, and it all served to calm my jitters. After my (relatively) small operation I was taken to recovery, and then back to my room, where another snack was provided. My aftercare was explained in detail, and following all the checks, and meds supplied, I was discharged. A very stress-free, pleasant day. Well done to all the staff.

I had hip replacement surgery last July 2025. My amazing surgeon Mr Unnikrishnan Ramkumar did a first class operation. I can't thank him enough, I am now swimming, dancing and enjoying life. The time I spent at the Rivers Hospital was tremendous, the staff treated me so well, thank you all so much 🙏 xx

An absolutely fantastic experience. Everyone was so welcoming and caring; it felt more like going on holiday than a hospital visit. If the whole NHS functioned like this, what a service it would be! I truly believe the top-tier care I received – from the surgeon to the orderly, and the nurses to the receptionists – helped me recover so much faster. In at 7:30 am, surgery, and out by 3:30 pm after a decent lunch. Just amazing. Thank you.
