  • Been just over a week since my hip replacement....all good. In a newly refurbished room where the care and attention was outstanding. Food was excellent and staff were keen to respond to all requests. Still recovering so not able to comment fully on Dr Hatton's handiwork....but so far so good!

  • Hi had my first appointment yesterday with Dr Malek and I was blown away, Dr Malek was really supportive he made me feel at ease, he was very friendly and understanding, he wasted no time with looking into my condition the service was fast and I came away feeling supported and happy thanks Vitality for the referral.

  • The service and medical attention was everything you would hope it might be and the staff although obviously busy were fantastic. My only gripe is that I was left waiting sitting on plastic chairs in reception for 6 hours which was literally a pain

  • I had an operation in Renacres hospital and the level of care and service was excellent. From the moment I came in, I was looked after and was very confident in the care I received. The nurses who looked after me after the procedure were very friendly and professional. I was very happy with the care I received and would recommend Renacres highly to others. Thanks guys :)

  • Amazing experience with Blakelands Hospital. From the moment I contacted them with a problem with something stuck in my eye, they were able to get me seen incredibly quickly, which was such a relief. The staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. Ophthalmologist was amazing and managed to resolve my issue straight away. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and making me feel completely at ease. I’m so grateful for the prompt care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blakelands Hospital to anyone needing efficient, high-quality treatment.

  • I had a full knee replacement in jan and from the minute i walked thru the doors i felt calm and relaxed..the surgeons and their team was wonderful and all the caring staff on my recovery in my own private room was wonderful and met my needs giving me 24 hr care .excellant place

  • I recently had a procedure at Mount Stuart Hospital and had such a positive experience. I wanted to take the time to Thank you all. Over the years I have Been back and forth continuously with several doctors, not knowing what was the issue and thanks to Mr Narayanan I was able to finally get answers🙏Thank you for being so informative and reassuring from the start and making this journey so quick for me. As I have never undergone any surgery, I was very nervous before hand. A special mention to my nurse, kate I believe her name was (lady with black hair) who was truly wonderful. She was so kind, considerate, and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and reassured, especially when I was feeling anxious. Her warmth and compassion made such a difference to my whole experience and how I was feeling on the day, from being admitted to discharged. The whole team were professional, attentive, and caring throughout. I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for at every stage. I’m so thankful for the exceptional care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mount Stuart Hospital to anyone needing treatment.

  • From arriving to hospital on Wednesday am, to leaving on Friday noon, all the staff I came across during my stay I must say have been absolutely amazing. Special thanks to two in particular Claudia ( nurse on ward one) and Arif the physio who managed my pain when pain killers weren’t hitting the spot. They both got me back on track and assisted me in getting discharged on Friday.
