I visited Cherwell Hospital this week for a total knee replacement, and am now two days post surgery. The treatment I got was second to none, and I feel that I have to leave a review, particularly about the staff, who were all superb, doing their jobs with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I can't commend them highly enough. Mr James Owen performed the surgery, and it seems to have been a success so far, but obviously it's still early days.

Excellent care and treatment at each of my visits. Mr Karuppiah was very friendly and helpful, explaining my problem and how it could be sorted. The two nurses who I saw each time, Chris and Elizabeth, were both very friendly and chatty. The chap I saw who prepared me for the operation, Steve, was also very friendly and helped me relax. I would give the hospital full marks for my treatment and aftercare.

My full knee replacement at Fulwood hospital was the best experience the minute I walked through the entrance. Receptionist brilliant. Mr Helm and his team was fantastic. The service I received by the receptionist Debbie was exceptional. Hospital visits are often stressful but she showed a rare combination of efficiency, warmth and empathy. She was calm welcoming and focused on helping me. Their professionalism, attention to detail and comforting presence made a huge difference to my experience at the Exeter Medical Hospital. Debbie is a tremendous asset and an outstanding representative of your healthcare values.

Recently had treatment for sciatica at the Duchy including specialist consultation MRI scan and day patient surgery. Everything in the hospital was spotlessly clean, the imaging centre recently built was excellent and I had my scan 3 days after the request from my consultant. All other aspects of my treatment were exceptional including help and guidance for my treatment, my care on the day and the discharge advice given. Ramsey has invested heavily into this hospital. Would highly recommend.

This is my second procedure with cobalt hospital. I must say upon arrival to my leaving was just the best care, treatment and professionalism I could have wished for. Just had spine surgery at New Hall Hospital. Despite some nerves on the day of surgery, the efficiency and professionalism of staff at the hospital helped to keep these to a minimum. Recovery in the ward afterwards was just as good and i was very well looked after. Very nice, clean hospital with friendly staff. Thankyou.
