  • I recently visited Ashtead Hospital and had a seamless experience from start to finish. The administrative staff were polite, check-in was swift, and the medical team was exceptionally clear, reassuring, and attentive throughout my consultation. The facility itself is spotless, quiet, and well-managed. For future patients: free parking is available right on-site, though arriving a few minutes early helps secure a space during busier mid-day hours.

  • I have been dealing with a slipped disc for two years (2024), my GP sent me to New Hall Hospital and I have now had a disc replacement and everything has gone amazingly, the staff I met during the build up to the procedure such as MRI etc were excellent and so friendly and everyone from the surgery and recovery team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe, I am very grateful and thankful to you all!

  • I have just had the first half of of my NHS funded staged bilateral hip replacement at Mount Stuart hospital. My consultant was Mr Daniel Hill. The treatment and care I received under him and the whole team at the hospital was fantastic. I was very anxious about this operation but Mr Hill explained everything very clearly and gave me plenty of information to make a well informed choice which reassured me somewhat. And as for the rest of the staff, absolutely excellent. The nurses made sure I was absolutely comfortable, and every member of staff treated me with courtesy and dignity at every stage. And on a final note, The food was very, very nice, definitely better than you would associate with 'hospital food' Many thanks to the whole team
