  • Parking is a nightmare, but once inside everybody is very nice and it is pleasant as hospitals go, staff are friendly and kind, and as its smaller and Private it is a quicker turn around for appointments and procedures, I have no issues with St Lukes or the B.R.I as all staff work hard and are kind and helpful but this hospital is nicer in experiance and waiting. Thank you

  • Overall experience from initial consultation to discharge after day surgery was exceptional. I’ve always been reasonably satisfied with NHS care but Ramsey reaches another level. If the NHS could match it, it really would be the “envy of the world”. Special mention to Miss Gana and her team.

  • The consultant thought of the box to get my bloods done whilst I was at the consultation, which was at the weekend. The nurses where a little confused how to do this, which made me slightly anxious they would get it wrong. So I had to check. What wasn't clear was the next steps process, which I could have asked. I am not sure when I will next be contacted and how

  • I cannot fault Rivers. I had an injection in my right knee yesterday and the nurse and the dr who did the procedure were so kind and helpful . I am 89 and was nervous but they were so empathetic. I hope my shoulder replacement which I am having in January 2026 @ Pine hospital Hitchin under Mr Yeo is as pleasant an experience. God bless your lovely staff.

  • Had a Hernia Repair at North Downs this week and could not recommend this hospital and its staff more highly. The consultant, theater staff and Nurses were all absolutely excellent. Having a room to myself was also a big plus. Great Job and thank you so much North Downs.
