I had the worst experience ever.I worshipped Fullwood Hall, and I've had countless operations and scans there.iIn fact, the opp I was due to have was from an amazing surgeon who I have used 2 times before and outcome brilliant I've sent family and friends there ,had double hip replacement amazing surgeon still walking good sign but this particular day I went in to have an opp and I new something wasn't right I'd had pre opp no problem was phoned 3 times on holiday and had to phone back. Went in the Monday for my chronic pain team appointment he's great, totally go to him and sore my pre-op nurse, great already, for wed goes in gets changed nurses absolutely fabulous 👌 surgeon came in lovely guy won't have anyone else says to me you will fine your second in great, so I forgot to mention I'm not a fan of hospital but fullwood hall made you feel welcome cared for I have personality disorder depression anxiety and PTSD they all new this aas I say up till this piont going smoothly nurses surgeon receptionists all great and 3 hrs in my opp gets pulled by the annithatis no explanation wouldn't even come tell me why just kept putting the nurses and surgeon under the bus you see I have a lot of problems and allergy with painkillers and after giving my consent six weeks prior to the opp and being phoned whilst on holiday making me anxious while away seeing my chronic pain team and the nurses who were great my anxiety got the better of me as I was mentally and physically in the the right frame of mind for the opp even had the weighting on my footto say here we go or not as the case is.. I have been moved to a different hospital, which I will not speak off and have to wait for again for not one but two opps I will probably not get. Here's saying the receptionist amazing 👏 the nurses, and the matron amazing the surgeon consultants amazing. That's where it stops. My mental health has gone to rock bottom again, and I will say I have had 10 opps in this hospital before and never once had a problem with an annithatis till this day.I feel let down.
