Overall good service. On my first visit I wasn't reminded about the parking so had a fine which was disappointing- my husband had dropped me off and then returned to collect me. Otherwise, friendly staff.

It was fantastic service once you can park your car. Big problem parking, as did a lot of people. But the service and the care was one of the best I have experienced in the Uk.

All the staff including the brilliant Ward Sister, Care Assistants, Catering Assistants and tea ladies were lovely, smiley and couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable during you time with them.
