I have always been treated very well in this hospital but today was remarkable. Minal Desai, physiotherapist, took the time to ask me many questions to fully understand the problem, she listened to me deeply and answered all my doubts. She was professional with a human approach, compassionate and kind. I could tell she loves her job and she is a good person. I wanted to share my experience because I left the hospital feeling happy and grateful for that interaction.
