Paula Russell is the Business Relations Manager at Blakelands Hospital, responsible for integrating our hospital into the local area by understanding the needs of commissioners, GPs and patients.
She has experience in healthcare having previously worked as a Health Care Assistant in the outpatient department at Horton Treatment Centre.
Blakelands Hospital has enjoyed good working relationships with CCGs and GP Practices over the last ten years and is known for good clinical outcomes and high patient satisfaction.
Paula’s focus is to further develop the relationships with key stakeholder groups and will include:
- Clinical Commissioning Groups
- GP Practices
- GPs
- Practice Managers
- Referral teams
- Patient Participation Groups
