  • My 2nd visit and most comfortable happy helpful professional staff , so nice I didn't even notice really my epidural s , really are magnificent and feels like friends and in safe hands . I had Dr Carl Broadbridge and his team and from reception all top professional and so feel at ease , have improved my pain what suffered decades , I'm forever grateful and earth angels all of them thankyou so much New Hall and such wonderful people

  • Had a full hipp replacement on 11th of November with Mr Jamie Stewart McConnell and from start to finish it literally was 5 star treatment top surgeon seriously recommend this man. The whole staff were absolutely 💯 sarah the physio lady helped me back on my feet lovely lady the whole staff were amazing just like the food top quality thank you Springfield for my stay.paul christou.

  • I had a micro-discectomy carried out by Mr Syed Kabir on the 06 November . I have been suffering with a disc bulge compressing my nerve root, creating sciatic pain for the past 5 months. I awoke from surgery with zero sciatic pain and minor back pain where the incision is. I haven’t been able to stand up straight for the last few months and the morning after surgery, I stood up straight and went for a walk around the hospital with the lovely physio team! Mr Kabir has performed nothing short of a miracle for me. He has significantly improved my quality of life within a couple of hours! He is professional, very knowledgable and an all round lovely man who I think so highly of! I would have loved to have mentioned the lovely anaesthetist, who made me feel so calm and had a lovely smiley face for me to wake up to, but I can’t remember his name! Also to mention the exceptional aftercare I received in particular from Connie and Diana Hamilton - thank you so much ladies for making me feel so comfortable and for Diane who was sitting with me and having a chat- you made my stay lovely. The room I had was like a hotel, lovely food and tea and biscuits on tap! What an experience! Myself and my family will be joining Ramsay healthcare. You have made such a difference to my life. A lovely, lovely hospital with wonderful staff! Mr Kabir- thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

  • I had quite a challenging time health wise during my hip replacement as it was quite complex (I’m 38 so not a typical case); everyone at the Yorkshire Clinic was exceptional. From my surgeon Ms Grace White who brought in extra support during the surgery to ensure a good result, to Aisha my healthcare assistant who took such good care of me all day. Fiona my nurse who took care of me through the night and Linda in the day. And the physio team, particularly Arif, who were so calm and encouraging. My room was lovely, the food was great and everyone was so calm and attentive. Thank you so much!
