My name is Patricia Bateman. I had a knee replacement at Cherwell Hospital In Banbury & have been going to Blakelands Hospital for dressing changes. I have had excellent care as an outpatient at Blakelands from nurse Samira & doctor Anita. I had blisters round my knee &Samira & Anita are both very understanding & excellent I couldn’t have had better care. I highly recommend them both & Blakelands Hospital.

Amazing hospital so friendly and caring nothing to much trouble from the appointments before my full knee replacement to having it done with checks to make sure you ok when you get home the staff was amazing from recovery to the ward I was nervous and anxiety though roof but ste helped me so much listened and understood my concerns too my nurses on wards just amazing thank you for always listening and taking time out your busy day to make me feel cared for thank you. Your staff are amazing

Fantastic, all the staff were very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Nothing was too much for them. I have one suggestion and that is to give each patient with a list of the TV channel numbers and programs available.

I have just had some abdominal surgery at New Hall Hospital. From being greeted at reception on arrival to my discharge, all the staff involved were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My room was immaculately clean and tidy and whenever I needed to ring for help, the nurses were quick in coming. The meals were very well prepared and nutritious.

On arrival a was greeted by the reception staff with a welcoming smile and clear advice where to be seated and to get a coffee . The waiting time was very acceptable due to being a busy Hospital . I was helped by a nurse who showed me how to use the coffee machine and my short visit was a pleasant one . I was very satisfied with the staff that I interacted with and left with confidence and a smile 😊

I had a knee replacement at Oaklands on Tuesday the 21st of April. The best hospital experience possible. The operation went really well. The staff were great. The room and food were fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for me. Something that I usually have a problem with is foreign staff’s accent due to having hearing aids. It wasn’t a problem as I could understand all that was said. I wrote a genuine negative review regarding this hospital a few months ago. There are still issues trying to contact anyone on the phone,after about 10 minutes of waiting you get the same message time and time again - nobody available please leave a message,you leave a message and nobody calls you back ! Back to the positive - today I went to the hospital for two injections in the back and one in the knee. Dr.Head-Rapson carried out the procedure and he was excellent, explaining everything and really putting you at ease. The nursing staff too were excellent and I didn't have to wait too long. Hopefully the injections will work. My previous experience was not good but I am happy to leave a positive review when it is merited.

Lovely well kept hospital in beautiful surroundings. Very helpful and informative staff who didn't hesitate to come and introduce themselves. This helped to keep my anxiety levels to minimum while waiting for my operation. I would highly recommend.

The care and attention I received at Clifton Park Hospital was excellent. Every staff member was so helpful following my total hip replacement, you could tell they enjoyed working there and were all part of an amazing team.

Went there Saturday morning to have rest of my broken back tooth out. Didn't feel any pain and hardly bleed. The male dentist i think he german is the best dentist i ever had ! Plus poshest dental practice i ever been to !
