Having spent a number of years as head housekeeper in a hotel, I decided that I wanted to continue my career within a different environment. I took the opportunity to move to Ramsay about 18 months ago and really enjoy the fact that each day is different. I work with a very good team and get real satisfaction from knowing that a job has been done well. I have completed a wide range of mandatory training and participated in on site reviews of cleaning regimes and products.
My experience is that Ramsay look after their staff and offer good benefits. They also offer greater flexibility of hours for those that need it which differs from my previous hotel experience.
