I recently visited Ashtead Hospital and had a seamless experience from start to finish. The administrative staff were polite, check-in was swift, and the medical team was exceptionally clear, reassuring, and attentive throughout my consultation. The facility itself is spotless, quiet, and well-managed. For future patients: free parking is available right on-site, though arriving a few minutes early helps secure a space during busier mid-day hours.

I had two operations for carpal tunnel nerve release ( one on each hand ) carried out by Mr Jae Rhee who is very professional in his approach. He explained every detail of how the operation would go and I felt assured that I was in good hands. I would recommend Mr Jae Rhee for his expertise. I made a very quick recovery aided by the hand therapy department at Epsom hospital.

I have attended Ashtead Hospital before and, as previously, my visit was very good. The premises were clean and bright. The staff were friendly and efficient and there was minimal waiting time. Altogether a good experience.
