The staff are brilliant and faclitlies clean and tidy. If i had to suggest any change. It would be to have 2 receptionist on the front desk when evening clincs are taking place. Its clearly very busy and an extra staff member would support the sign in.

Staff at Ashtead very pleasant smiley and ready to give help if required. They put me at ease and answered any questions when I asked. Enjoyed tea tray and a nice arrangement. Pleasant and friendly staff. Would recommend Ashtead hospital.

I have come to this hospital as an NHS patient and have been looked after so well. Kelly in the admin team has been fantastic and so helpful. She always responds quickly and efficiently to any queries I have. She went above and beyond to get my diagnostic procedure moved to another hospital. People forget that Doctors are a small part of a much bigger system. Admin staff often get forgotten over them yet often play the biggest part in the whole process.
