While Mr. Hutton & his team at New Hall Hospital provided excellent surgical care, the experience was made so much easier by Mr. Hutton's secretary Abigail Miles. I was quite anxious about my upcoming procedure and had several emails before and after my procedure with Abigail, following my procedure even after twelve months of no contact at all when i emailed Abigail again regarding a scheduled appointment Abigail came straight back to me with the answer's i was looking for. As a patient Abigail's efficient communication made a huge difference to my overall patient experience. Thank you

Absolutely superb. I went in this week and the service is just spot on. Quick, efficient, kind, caring. I had a sedative so can't recall everyone's name but Patrick booked me in, I think Clive put my canula in and both were so good, lovely people. The nurse who took me through was superb. Thanks for second to non service. I'm very grateful.

Had a hernia repair carried out at Mount Stuart and cant praise the staff highly enough. From the reception right through to the nurses, anesthetist and consultant I was treated with respect and compassion. Attended Duchy Hospital for an angiogram, funded by the NHS. All staff made me feel very welcome and put me at ease throughout the day. The consultant (Dr Baricevic) explained everything in detail and made sure I understood all aspects, the theatre staff were efficient and extremely professional, and the 2 nurses who looked after me were so very caring and concerned about my welfare. Special thanks to Martha!

Exceptional Care! I cannot speak highly enough of Woodthorpe Hospital. From my surgery through to my post-operative care, I received outstanding treatment from the entire team. Every member of staff was professional, kind, compassionate and attentive. I felt genuinely cared for, reassured and supported throughout my entire experience. The nurses were especially amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. This is honestly the best hospital experience I have ever had in the UK. I am incredibly grateful to the whole team for their excellent care and professionalism. Thank you, Woodthorpe Hospital, for taking such wonderful care of me.

I have just had a shoulder injection to treat my frozen shoulder, the Main Receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming on arrival, the Consultant was knowledgeable and professional. I went straight round for an X-Ray and was seen in minutes and then went straight back in with the Consultant Mr Stanton who booked me for the shoulder injection and explained the procedure. I was called by a very pleasant lady who booked me in for my injection - it was much sooner than I thought it may be. Today I had the injection, once again the X-Ray Receptionist was friendly and kind, the Consultant and nurse were supportive when I explained that I was very nervous of needles, they put my mind at rest and everything was explained to me exceptionally well. I would happily recommend Oaks Hospital to friends and family.

My stay at the Winfield was first class. The room was very comfortable, food was excellent and the whole process of my surgery and care was professional and seamless. Above all the staff, both medical and domestic, were friendly, knowledgable, caring and made me feel very comfortable. I am certain that this all contributed to the success of my surgery and the speed of my recovery.
