I feel qualified to review New Hall Hospital as I have attended there many times over the past 10 years or so. This is my first review. I have been seen both privately and via the NHS. On every ocassion I have been treated with the utmost professionalism by everyone at the hospital. Never a delay, never a cancelled appointment. New Hall Hospital deserves particular commendation for their 'Self Funded' scale of charges. When you do not have health insurance and find yourself in great pain and unable to even get on the NHS waiting list, it is with huge relief to find that New Hall Hospital try their hardest to keep the costs to the minimum. I would like to highly commend all the staff in the radiology department and in particular, Mr David Chapple who has looked after my Spinal problems on every ocassion I attended New Hall. I had a lot of work on my spine before I found Mr Chapple, not all of it entirely satisfactory. Mr Chapple has patiently attended to various problems, sometimes via the NHS and sometimes privately, when I can afford it. Today he performed two procedures in one appointment under private care at a reasonable cost. Everyone in the department was very pleasant and helpful. I would like to thank the radiologist and nurse who were very kind and considerate. For future treatment, I would not consider going anywhere else but Mr Chapple and his team at New Hall.
