Hands down the best experience of healthcare I have ever had. All of the staff made me feel safe, well cared for and confident that I was in great hands. Whilst everyone was great, I would like to particularly recognise Clare who took care of me post surgery whilst I was in recovery and Jamilla who was my nurse on the day. She was patient, kind and explained everything- a credit to the hospital and the profession. Thank you all. Hospital is rarely a pleasant experience but you made it so much better than I could have expected.

Everyone involved in my procedure, from the moment I arrived at the hospital, was professional, friendly and reassuring. I cannot praise the team highly enough. The consultant doctors nurses are beyond friendly they all go above and beyond nothing is to much trouble they're very helpful you have sny worries they're they're put your mind at rest im more than impressed by the treatment I had for hip operation I wish all hospitals were even half as good as clifton park hospital id like to thank all staff in my treatment nurses included for been so good to me and going out your way be proud of what you all do you deserve the praise

Well what can I say from my first visit to having my knee replacement I want to say a big thank you to all doctors, nurses and support staff and the lovely catering staff for everything you have done to support my recovery, to anyone who is coming for treatment feel at ease. Oops nearly forgot the brilliant physio staff.

17th of August I was a NHS patient at stour side private hospital. I was greated politely by reception staff, and asked to take a seat. Shortly after I was called to start my treatment, the nursing staff so polite and engaging in what I was having done. The room was clean and comfortable. Going for my treatment I was informed about what was going to happen during my treatment and what to expect. The doctors and nurses were very supportive, which gave me confidence in them. After the procedure I was well looked after, taken back to my room. I received a cup of coffee with biscuits while I was recovering. The usual checks were made, after a short time I was able to leave with my escort. I was given a letter for my self and one for my GP. I would recommend the hospital to anyone. I thank you for the care and support that you have given to me.

Came for cataract surgery on the NHS. Such a brilliant experience. Staff are exceptional- friendly, helpful and caring- providing regular hot drinks and biscuits if the wait is a bit longer. On my second appointment Di especially stood out. I had a moment of panic as surgery began and she spoke so calmly and gave me clearly reassurance and instructions on how to get through. Thanks Di and the other staff too. You are all great!

Only a minor procedure, in and out in 2 hours 17/08/26. Couldn't fault them, wasn't left hanging about, taken in within 5 minutes of registering at reception. All staff, friendly, helpful and most importantly, efficient. Hopefully no need to return, but if that need arises, I would definitely use again.

From the moment I stepped through the main door I was met with friendly staff, from all levels. This centre is a well oiled service and, from my own perspective, I can't think of anything that would have made my time there any better. Without exception, the staff took time to listen to me, put my mind at rest as to what was going to happen to me during my time in the theatre, and I left the clinic feeling that the whole experience was far easier, pain free, and more straightforward than I had first imagined it to be.

My shoulder surgery at Ashtead Hospital was a profoundly positive, safe, warm, and deeply human experience that completely restored my faith in medical care and patient safety. From the moment I was admitted, the entire team—including Mr. Little, Dr. Pathma, Dr. Frans-Asmah, and the dedicated nursing staff—made me feel completely safe, listened to without judgment, and fully respected. I was especially touched by their deep discretion regarding my medical history and past traumas. Special mention goes to nurse Jade, who stayed two hours past her shift to ensure I was completely cared for after witnessing an episode, prompting an immediate, coordinated response from the doctors. The impact on my physical and emotional well-being has been extraordinary. My recovery has been seamless. Mr. Little and Dr. Pathma didn't just restore my arm; they protected my health and well-being every step of the way. I cannot thank the entire team enough for such a compassionate and transformative experience.
