Hear from our patients talk about their recent experience with us

  • Hi everyone, I decided to write my true impressions of the Yorkshire clinic. On April 24, I went to this clinic for an operation, that's why I have to start from the reception. I'm 65 years old and I've been to many clinics, but in this one I was surprised by many things: the kindness at the reception, then to the team that worked around me, everyone really proves their kindness in their own way and through that kindness eases my worries about the operation itself. While I was waiting in my room every 5-10 minutes the team staff comes in and asks if I need anything. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and if I noticed that on that day the whole team was overloaded with more patients, but it didn't bother them, but their effort was top notch towards everyone the same. It was time to go to the operating room, where a kind person from the team accompanied me along the way, encouraging me not to worry about anything, all the top experts working in the team and with the many years of experience they showed earlier, everything was done superbly until now. After about an hour, everything went as they told me before, they took me back to the room and immediately a new friendly person from the team asked if I wanted something to eat or coffee, tea, etc. I didn't feel the need to eat but she insisted, then I told her then if you can bring me some later. They were all so gentle with me that I am really surprised with their actions. After 10-15 minutes, she brought me coffee and a sandwich that I had chosen earlier and explained that when I finish my breakfast, she will come again to help me change my clothes so that I don't injure myself if I work alone. My friend was waiting for me in front of the clinic with a car to take me home again, kindness from the team, the poor person helps me get to the elevator and by the time I leave the clinic, he hands me over to my friend, who continues to provide further assistance very similar to what I had in the clinic itself. I'm sorry I can't give more than five stars because they deserve more than five stars. kind regards

  • I have to tell the truth about this clinic, I had some health problems that bothered me for several years. I was recommended by the NHS to this clinic which I went to immediately, I must admit I had a good impression from the reception itself that I had come to the right place and not the wrong one. My instruction was to Mr Steward and his team. After the surgery I had with Mr Steward and his team to tell the truth in percentage of my problems I had 100% maybe between 3-5% of my previous problems remained, so that team that worked on my problem removed over 95% my health problems. I would recommend anyone not to avoid this Yorkshire clinic as everyone will be amazed at the service they provide to every patient no matter who and where the patient is from. I was scared about the operation, I remember they started joking around me, I knew they were doing it to make it easier for me to fall asleep from anesthesia, after a short time I was in my room, I was surprised when the wonderful nurse told me that the operation was very successful. This is just a small part of my true story about The Yorkshire Clinic and Mr Steward and his team. Thank you very much to everyone at the clinic for your great kindness*****

  • Everyone at New Hall hospital from reception team to Nurses, Consultants, catering, night teams - everyone - has been phenomenal on my recent stay. I was in for a spinal procedure and remained there for 6 days in total due to a small complication that needed to be sorted. Communication with me was excellent in terms of risks, admissions, post op information, complication management and discharge. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the care of the highest quality and the people are the best. Even had a toy box for when my wife and son came to visit. My consultant was excellent in how he communicated with me and with the surgery. It was my second procedure there and both times I have been excellently looked after. The food, even on the NHS allowance, is of very good quality, well presented and delicious. If you are referred here as an NHS patient - you've done well. If you're a private patient - great choice.

  • I had surgery at Pinehill Hospital on 23rd April and had a really positive experience. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The doctors explained everything clearly, and the nurses took great care of me. The hospital was clean and calm, which really helped with my recovery. I’m very grateful to the whole team and would definitely recommend this hospital.
