Couldn't fault anything. The service, staff, nurses theater staff and everyone was excellent and friendly. Mr Haughton who did my operation was brilliant. Everyone is caring and lovely to speak to. Please can you thank them on my behalf operation date was 30/04/2024 under Mr David Haughton care and all staff on that day especially NURSE Michelle was excellent (It's easier to complain and harder to praise so please do pass on my comments on the brilliant care I received) it was a wonderful half day.

I was sent here by the NHS for my gallbladder removal! I visited 3 times, first to meet the surgeon, 2nd for my pre-op and third for the surgery itself. Every time i have had nothing but amazing service! Everyone is so lovely and helpful. Didnt have to wait a minute past my appointment time and they always rang to check i could make my appointments and took into consider that i had a 1.5 hour travel time! Yes the car park is very small and you do struggle for parking if you have a later appointment which is the only downfall but thankfully someone took me so I could just jump out whilst they found somewhere else to park. I haven’t needed them for any after care. Lovely hospital would go there again if needed.
