Recently went (24 June) for a R hip replacement. Everyone from the friendly receptionist to the lovely caring nurses were brilliant. Surgery day went very well and I think I must have had one of thre best surgeons around . Thank you David Haughton. On my first night in bed 16A I was in agony but the staff were magnificent. Always caring for me and issueing pain control when required throughout the night. Summary : friendly reception: Lovely caring nurses: great surgeon and not to forget the theatre team. Thank you all. All the staff members at Fulwood Hall hospital were so friendly, welcoming, professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay… I had a congenital nevus mole removed from my face by Mr Dalal and couldn’t be happier with the result! I felt confident when choosing Mr Dalal with his vast knowledge and expertise. The scar looks better than I expected and it is healing very well. The removal has already improved my confidence and I would highly recommend!

phone today to confirm a telephone appointment. As an nhs patient i was directed down to the bottom of the menu.Spoke to a very abrupt female person who asked if i had the right hospital. I assured her i had, gave my name nhs number, had to double check and then finally gave me the details and rang off abruptly. They are getting paid whether i am nhs or not, is this a bit nose looking down? If i intend to go private in the future it will not be with this lot. Having said that, the treatment i received was fine, maybe the person who answered my call was having a bad day. Leave it at home.
