  • The hospital's day care theatre and clinic seem well organised. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and made a nervous situation, calm and acceptable. They explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going to happen.The place was clean and well cared for.

  • Having been badly let down by the NHS regarding treatment I was awaiting, I had to take the decision to pay and go private. I had no previous experience of this and didn't know what to expect. Dr Head-Rapson and all the staff at Fulwood Hall couldn't have been more caring, approachable and professional. Would 100% recommend.

  • I would definitely recommend Fulwood Hall. All the people who I met that worked there were friendly, polite and helpful. Even on busy days, the atmosphere is one of care, efficiency and professionalism. The building is clean and comfortable. Very happy with my experience..
