I was told that I would receive an appointment through the post for the removal of my dressing and sutures. Nothing had been received (or booked) after a week so I made an appointment over the phone. Letter arrived by post the day after my appointment. Other than that my overall experience, over several visits, was excellent

Excellent experience at this hospital. I received excellent care from all the staff every time I have had an appointment here and including my time as an inpatient for my spinal operation last May. I was a NHS patient and feel lucky to have been able to have my surgery here. My consultant Mr Naufel Ansar was excellent and a nice man. The surgery has really changed my life for the better, giving me back full mobility and I will always be extremely grateful to him. Many thanks.

Came for Varicose Vein Surgery on the 19/1/2026 and the experience was amazing very kind staff that explained everything in detail even the recovery room was shown to me before i was put under the anaesthetic.ThankYou so much for a great experience
