  • I was told that I would receive an appointment through the post for the removal of my dressing and sutures. Nothing had been received (or booked) after a week so I made an appointment over the phone. Letter arrived by post the day after my appointment. Other than that my overall experience, over several visits, was excellent

  • Excellent experience at this hospital. I received excellent care from all the staff every time I have had an appointment here and including my time as an inpatient for my spinal operation last May. I was a NHS patient and feel lucky to have been able to have my surgery here. My consultant Mr Naufel Ansar was excellent and a nice man. The surgery has really changed my life for the better, giving me back full mobility and I will always be extremely grateful to him. Many thanks.
