  • Yesterday I had cataract surgery at Fulwood Hall hospital and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I was very nervous beforehand but everyone I came into contact with was amazing, so calm and reassuring, both the nurses who looked after me prior to going to theatre-Michelle Sandham and Irish Michelle (apologies I don’t know her surname) - were just so lovely and made me feel much more relaxed. Peter who took me to theatre was the same and my surgeon Mr Vose was incredible. The whole procedure went so smoothly, totally painless, Mr Vose explained what was happening all the way through-I cannot fault the whole experience and would highly recommend Fulwood Hall to anyone needing cataract surgery.
