I found the care at the hospital to be second to none when I went for my spinal operation. Almost all of the healthcare professionals I encountered were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout. I had complete trust in Mr Khatri and really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me prior to surgery, which helped put me at ease. The Anaesthetists were really informative and really happy which put me at ease too before my procedure. The level of care I received was exceptional. I felt safe, respected, and well looked after at all times. Jo, Kerri, Selina, and the wider team went above and beyond during the 24 hours I was in their care—taking the time to chat, listen, and support me whenever needed. Even the smaller details didn’t go unnoticed. The staff delivering meals were cheerful, the food was genuinely delicious, and the lady who cleaned my room was lovely and took great pride in maintaining a high standard. I also consistently found the reception team to be friendly and helpful. I’m truly grateful for the high standard of care I received throughout my stay.

My overall experience at Fulwood Hall Hospital was exceptional. From arriving at the hospital to leaving there with the right information, guidance, and medication. Before I arrived at the hospital I was feeling very apprehensive regarding my procedure/operation. However, all the staff including my consultant, Mr Haq, and all the Nursing Team made me feel at ease. Their caring and professional conduct carrying out their duties was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. I hope that all the staff will see my comments because they deserve it. I would definitely recommend Fulwood Hall Hospital to anyone. I felt very lucky to be an NHS patient in a private hospital. ❤️👍.

I can't thank Mr Rahi and all the nursing staff enough for the care and treatment both me and my husband received yesterday during our stay. I would also like to thank the catering staff for providing a lovely meal, and also those responsible for presenting such a lovely room. Absolutely first class care, treatment, conditions and food. I had surgery on Wednesday and hoping to be released tomorrow, massive thank you to Mr mclauchlan and Dr Jones (aneathatist) assisted by Joe Bolton, this was the first time I have needed surgery in my 64 years and was filled with trepidation, your professionalism skill and after care instantly reassured me. I also truly thank the nurses who were amazing nothing was to much trouble they really did look after me! Thank you so much, Jen & Joanne, Julie, Rachel and Christiana i would definitely highly recommend this hospital. Kind regards Stuart
