I had my first NHS consultation with Mr. Ben Bradley 3 weeks ago. What a delightful man! He took time to explain all the options available to me regarding my knee arthritis and signposted me to further information if needed. I’ll be returning for a further appointment and have no reservations at all. Thank you Mr Bradley and Mount Stuart for an exceptional service!

I have just had the first half of of my NHS funded staged bilateral hip replacement at Mount Stuart hospital. My consultant was Mr Daniel Hill. The treatment and care I received under him and the whole team at the hospital was fantastic. I was very anxious about this operation but Mr Hill explained everything very clearly and gave me plenty of information to make a well informed choice which reassured me somewhat. And as for the rest of the staff, absolutely excellent. The nurses made sure I was absolutely comfortable, and every member of staff treated me with courtesy and dignity at every stage. And on a final note, The food was very, very nice, definitely better than you would associate with 'hospital food' Many thanks to the whole team

I was extremely nervous about having my gallbladder take out. The whole team were so kind, respectful and professional. Especially Michelle and Roxanne. Also the sandwich was lovely and a decent peppermint tea! 💜

After just receiving a follow-up phone call from Mr Stephen Blake regarding both of my hip replacement operations which he did March & November 2005. I feel I must write to let you know the treatment I received was on both stays in Mount Stuart, which was through the NHS, were absolutely perfect the care and kindness I was shown was outstanding, I cannot thank Mr Blake’s staff enough for all their treatment and helping me through the operations. Also to All the staff from receptionist to the cooks who prepared such great meals a big Thank you Hazel Gales

Everyone involved in my procedure, from the moment I arrived at the hospital, was professional, friendly and reassuring. I cannot praise the team highly enough. I felt extremely well cared for throughout and completely confident that I was in safe hands. The level of care I received was exceptional, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone involved.
