I had both appointments and surgery at The Oaks Hospital, and my experience throughout was excellent. The reception staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the hospital was consistently clean, professional, and well organised. When I stayed for surgery, my room was comfortable, spotless, and provided a calm environment to recover in. What really stood out was the kindness of all the staff. The nurses, catering team, and everyone I encountered were caring, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I always felt well looked after and confident that I was receiving the best possible care. I would highly recommend The Oaks Hospital to anyone. The level of care and professionalism I received was outstanding, and I am very grateful for the support and treatment I was given.

I first met Mr Hassan five years ago when I was struggling with symptoms of endometriosis. Since then, he has cared for me through multiple surgeries, including my hysterectomy and, most recently, another operation. Over those five years, he has been a constant source of support, and I honestly cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, Mr Hassan listened to me, took my symptoms seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. As a patient, that means more than I can put into words. He never makes me feel rushed, always answers my questions, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What sets Mr Hassan apart is not just his skill as a surgeon, but the genuine care he shows for his patients. He is incredibly thorough, patient, and compassionate. I have always felt safe and confident in his care, even during some very difficult and emotional times. After my experiences with him over the years, I refuse to see anyone else in the gynaecology department. The trust I have in him is absolute. He has made a huge difference to my life, and I will always be grateful for the care he has given me. Mr Hassan is truly wonderful, and any patient would be lucky to have him as their consultant.

I recently had treatment at Oaks Hospital and overall had a very positive experience. All of the staff were professional, courteous, helpful, and made me feel well cared for throughout my visit. The hospital was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I was able to find parking, although there were only a couple of spaces available at the time. The only downside was that I had to wait several hours beyond my scheduled appointment time before my surgery took place. While I understand delays can occur, better communication regarding waiting times would have been appreciated. Despite this, the quality of care I received was excellent, and I would happily recommend Oaks Hospital to others.

The care I received was excellent throughout. Prior to my procedure, I watched the video (which is a QR code buried in the paperwork) which I found extremely informative and helpful. But I almost missed seeing it because it isn't prominent enough, the video should be front and centre in the paperwork sent to the patient.

You may need to be available for MRSA testing the week before an operation. I was caught out by that but the team were amazing to quickly reschedule with a minimal delay. The nursing staff, facilities and level of care at the Oaks was first class
