  • Mr Barry Whitlow was great. Really calmed my health anxiety following ultrasound results. Made me feel calm and safe and explained everything in a great way that I could understand. He also made the whole process simple and easy to understand, without making me panic. Thanks so much again !

  • Excellent experience at the Oaks hospital today, I had an upper endoscopy done by Dr Simon Ralphs and I found him to be reassuring and professional, also the nurses leading up to the procedure were excellent and it really made me feel at ease. The reception team were also friendly.

  • Oaks Hospital is a welcoming and caring environment where all staff were supportive and couldn’t be more kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble and no aspect of the appointment was delayed or rushed through. Time and care was apparent from the moment I walked in. Thank you to all your staff.

  • Clean and welcoming. Friendly staff and clear instructions. Car parking limited and I couldn’t find a parking space so had to park on the street.
