I was disappointed with the quotes I was given which rose by nearly £2000 from the original price. Apart from that the hospital and staff could not be faulted everything was done very professionally and eith great care.

I arrived early as parking can be an issue (there wasn’t any this time) which meant I was sat in the reception far earlier than usual. However I was only sat there for only a minute or two before I was called in. A very pleasant surprise.

I recently underwent a procedure at The Oaks Hospital and would like to commend the entire team for the outstanding care and service I received throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well organised and patient-focused. The convenience of free parking made the experience stress-free from the outset, and the facilities themselves were excellent. My private room was comfortable, well equipped, and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. What impressed me most was the professionalism, kindness, and efficiency of all the staff. Every member of the team treated me with compassion and respect, helping to put me at ease during what was naturally an anxious time. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient care were evident at every stage of my treatment. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I could not have asked for better care. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Oaks Hospital to anyone seeking high-quality healthcare in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I have just had a shoulder injection to treat my frozen shoulder, the Main Receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming on arrival, the Consultant was knowledgeable and professional. I went straight round for an X-Ray and was seen in minutes and then went straight back in with the Consultant Mr Stanton who booked me for the shoulder injection and explained the procedure. I was called by a very pleasant lady who booked me in for my injection - it was much sooner than I thought it may be. Today I had the injection, once again the X-Ray Receptionist was friendly and kind, the Consultant and nurse were supportive when I explained that I was very nervous of needles, they put my mind at rest and everything was explained to me exceptionally well. I would happily recommend Oaks Hospital to friends and family.

I was really early for my appointment and the doctor was early too! Everyone is lovely at the oaks, very pleasant place to have a doctors appointment!
