Was referred to this hospital as NHS pain management procedures as Ipswich hospital wait time was 2 years no consultant I was told. I had been on waiting list 42 weeks when got told Ramsay care taking over . I couldn't have been in better hands all staff wonderful professional procedure itself didn't take very long and although anesthetics administered more of relaxant. Was talked through it. Brilliant and coffee and sandwich biscuits given afterwards. A big thanks to all staff who were in the day unit and consultant and anaesthetists who helped made my short stay comfortable. I would recommend this hospital.

Had private surgery here yesterday for hernia they looked afta me calmed me down tended to my needs.My wonderful surgeon mr Halahakoon anaesthetist dr malika assistant anaesthetist billy,nurses vicky Jackie Zoe and the lovely Eva thank u! Thanks for understanding and fixing me i was absolutely terrified they were nothing but professional and patient with me wen I was freaking out they explained everything so I understood.I no there was more nurses but I can't rememba ur names.I had private room my belongings were safe which is a massive relief u hav ur own bathroom and tv. The man who came round with the food was lovely too and the guy with the tattoos who wheeled me in with vicky ur doin an awesome job. Credit where Credits due to sum it up a perfect team of professionals working in harmony for the best outcome for the patient.It may cost by goin private but the level of care here was 5 star.I'v been very looked after and they meant it these people take pride in their job and they care about u.ps thanks for the extra ice cream and the sandwich was the best sandwich I eva had i recommended the chicken salad on granary bread 😋 Anyone who ends up with the the surgeon dr Halahakoon you are in very safe hands this man has helped me start to get my life back on track a wonderful man who I am foreva grateful to.If you ever read this thank you for believing in me . He's a very honest man and a superb surgeon it takes 1 person to believe in u and he was the 1 who believed in me when no one else did.
