Went in for knee surgery, from reception to the nurses to the DRs to the cleaning staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Treated me with respect and went the extra mile, 2 of the cleaning staff ladies saw me use my hood as a little blanket walking by, they came back with a warm blanket. Excellent hospital with incredibly professional and friendly staff. One of my best experiences in a medical setting. Thank you to all who helped me in every way possible including calming my nerves lol

Had a hip replacement and I was so nervous but the theatre staff were lovely. Jonathan the Chemist talked me through medication and had a lovely bedside manner and banter. Thank you to all the nursing staff, Andy my physio and the catering team

Brilliant housekeeping and food was fresh and well balanced. The nursing staff were great and always had a smile. Jonathan the Chemist is funny and so kind. My physio Andy was lovely ensuring i was safe and had good movement with my knee. I was so nervous as i was having a spinal block but my anethatist and theatre staff were fantastic and i was so lucky to have them guiding me through it all.

Having been to the Woodlands on many occasions, since it first opened, my only concern is that it does not feel or provide the “Private Patient” experience it used too. Staff are very helpful and courteous but the balance of Private to NHS clients appears to have moved to NHS.

I had a total knee replacement operation this week. I cannot thank Mr Shukla and his team enough for the professional care given. From the point of arrival to discharge, everyone involved with my care were friendly, caring, communicative and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Woodlands.

A very clean, tidy hospital! After being treated in NHS hospitals, though they obviously try, this is another tier in treatment. Right down to the smallest detail of the toiletries in my room. A five star treatment with lovely staff on hand.
