I had a few questions prior to my appointment, but unfortunately I didn’t feel particularly supported when trying to get them answered. At times, the interactions felt a little rushed, and I was left feeling as though my questions were more of an inconvenience than something the team was happy to help with. A little more patience and reassurance would have made the experience much more positive.

Woodland Hospital provides a very welcoming environment and I was well cared for throughout. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained by the friendly staff. A very positive experience.

My consultation was over the phone so I am unable to comment on the cleanliness of the premises. However, Mr Sutton called slightly before the agree time and checked I was expecting the call. The nurse practitioner was also with him and able to also give me appropriate information.

Been discharged today. Had ACL reconstruction surgery on Monday 28th Sept with Mr Plakogiannis great surgeon. The staff are a credit to this hospital in all departments. A big shout out to the Physio team very helpful and really encouraging as well as been patient and empathetic and didn't rush me at all everything done at my pace. A huge thanks to you all. 👏👏

Had TKR in march by mr Shah and his team great hospital can’t fault it caught infection from undesolved stitch my gp no help went back to woodlands on antibiotics four weeks really looked after me so progress was delayed by this but six months in I’m pleased with my progress getting there PennyK
