  • The increased demand for this hospital is evident in the struggle for car parking! But if meeting for reviews at the end of the afternoon this can be less of a problem. The hospital itself is in a peaceful setting despite the vicinity of the A14 road. Access from the A14 comes up quite suddenly so keep to the left lane and slow down. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

  • Just had a Patellofemoral replacement. The nursing care I received was excellent from all the ward staff, Chloe who looked after me during the day was very caring and understanding as was Mary through the night. Mr Blanco was superb as was the anaesthetist whose name I can’t recall. This morning I’ve had a visit from john the pharmacist who went to great lengths to explain all of the drugs I’m being sent home with, which was very welcomed and informative. Tom/ Anti from physio were brilliant and assisted with some awkward situations. Sorry. Finally the food was very nice and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

  • My appointment was made very quickly. The staff both on the phone and in person are very friendly. The waiting room is comfortable and I did not have to wait long for my appointment. My appointment with the consultant was rewarding. The hospital is a bit difficult to access , from the west as you need to change from one side of the A14 to the other, so leave in good time for your appointment.

  • Check in was easy and quick, the receptionist was pleasant friendly and with an appropriate sense of humour. The wait time to see the consultant was 15 minutes

  • Have used the Woodlands Hospital on many occasions and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Car parking is the main issue as it can be a struggle to park.
