Excellent experience at the Woodlands Hospital yesterday for shoulder surgery. All staff from admissions, pre op assessment, reception, nurses and doctors were so friendly and kind. The facilities were excellent. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Ms Biswas as NHS patient and was seen in OPD, within 3 days of my appoinment i had received a copy of my consultation letter that had also been sent to my GP. I was then booked for an outpatient procedure. On arrival for my procedure I was extremely nervous, both Ms Biswas and the nurse assisting in the minor ops room (Ana) were very reassuring explained everything and helped to put me at ease.

Woodlands Hospital is a lovely facility. I had an arthroscopy on my knee on 25/2/26. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. From the Receptionist who greeted me to Nurses Julie and Emma who looked after me and super Physio April who gave me exercises after my procedure. Grateful to Mr Shukla who performed my surgery and his anaesthetist who looked after me post surgery too, when I felt quite unwell. Very impressed with the care I received. I would highly recommend. Five stars from me.

Total knee replacement, I cannot thank Dr Shah and his team enough, my experience from start to finish was exceptional. I was greeted at reception and shown to my room. During my stay I was introduced to the care team Stephen (physio very informative and answered my rehabilitation questions professionally) Mary, Ann, Amisha managed my care and tended to my needs and medication throughout my stay being very supportive proffesional and respectful.. John prescribed my pain management and gave me a plan to maximise my pain management. This has been a game changer. His knowledge has certainly helped me being very comfortable on my return home and sticking to the plan is key(I am in day 3 now) and finally April (physio) giving me my exercises for my rehab including strength, stretching and stair procedures! April is very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Sticking to the rehab advice has been key so far so thank you all for your kindness and support. A credit to Ramsey healthcare at woodlands hospital.

I had a total knee replacement yesterday 4.02.26 and I already feel that the improvement is significant. Before surgery, pain and stiffness affected my daily life. The operation went smoothly and the hospital staff was very supportive. I had a privilege to meet a brilliant staff , consultant Mr. Shah who operated me, Ionut Trifu pharmacist, Alexandru D and George N nurses, who overwhelmed me with a lot of attention and professionalism. Overall all staff is very well trained, polite and empathetic with the patients. I strongly recommend the Woodlands Hospital Kettering for all peoples who want to be treated at the highest level of professionalism. Well done! See you next time!

My experience here at The Woodlands was a positive one . Consultant care by Miss Shukla , outstanding and the nurses and all health professionals looked after me with great respect . My surgery went well and pre and post op care was great . Food was great , didn’t have the best appetite but everything looked appetising and decent portions . Well done everyone .

Amazing treatment from start to finish - all staff were professional, caring, understanding, apologetic and considerate of my needs at all times. I cannot fault any of the staff whatsoever - very high quality of care given. My only criticism is that my room was outdated and needed to be brought in line with other rooms but it was clean at all times and did not distract from the level of care given. A huge thank you to all staff.
