Thank you does not show my and my wife Jan,s thanks for the wonderful support received from all the people working at this wonderful place. Jan has been both an in patient and also an out patient this week (for a separate condition) and at all times we were treated with respect and friendly ness explained at all times what was happening even when the unexpected happened!! Even in their busy schedule of work,time was found to try to get to terms with a very temperamental TV. Again thank you for all the support she and I, as a concerned husband, are recieving from all staff Good to know we have this facility available In the area

The ambience of the waiting area is good. The staff member who dealt with me didn't come across as welcoming or friendly. She just did her job

Staff all very pleasant and welcoming. Was hard to get through on the phone to notify of a delay in arrival due to an accident. Not really clear where the patient parking was.

On the whole everything was ok however I found one of the nurses a little rude. When I returned to have my bandages removed she said come on trouble. As a private patient I dont think that is really very professional.

My first time for being a private patient. Everything was amazing - all staff were really lovely & very professional, overall cleanliness of the hospital was excellent. Would totally recommend Woodlands - thank you 😊😊

Just had a Trigger Thumb release procedure. Nothing major. Although it was done through the NHS, you can’t fail to be impressed by the overall experience at The Woodlands. The staff from the Consultant, to the Domestics are all so accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble and you’re not treated like an inconvenience. Aftercare is explained fully by (in my case), 2x Nurses separately, a Physio and Consultant. Special thanks to Mr Shukla and Staff Nurse Tatyana. I appreciate NHS facilities are stretched to breaking point in the current climate. However the difference between this and the local General Hospitals is like comparing a Spa Hotel to a Butlins Camp. Many thanks to all. Kindest regards Steve
