This was my first visit to Woodlands and I felt the service from the friendly staff made me feel very pleased with my choice of hospitals. The waiting area was very well set out with chairs and tables unlike some waiting rooms of rows of chairs. My appointment was on time with Mr Shukla and very little time waiting to have an X-Ray and blood pressure readings.

The car park was very full and a bit tight on space. However once inside the hospital was very prompt, friendly and professional.

Initial consultation face to face, final consultation ended up being over the telephone. Happy to do this given the expected outcome and saved me driving to the hospital. Would have kept it face to face if possible had I been more worried about the results.
