  • Amazing treatment from start to finish - all staff were professional, caring, understanding, apologetic and considerate of my needs at all times. I cannot fault any of the staff whatsoever - very high quality of care given. My only criticism is that my room was outdated and needed to be brought in line with other rooms but it was clean at all times and did not distract from the level of care given. A huge thank you to all staff.

  • My experience here at The Woodlands was a positive one . Consultant care by Miss Shukla , outstanding and the nurses and all health professionals looked after me with great respect . My surgery went well and pre and post op care was great . Food was great , didn’t have the best appetite but everything looked appetising and decent portions . Well done everyone .

  • From the lovely receptionist to the radiographer and then the lovely nurse who took my vital details post op. They were all so kind and compassionate. Mr Shukla is a very approachable, caring and kind surgeon. Couldn’t wish for a better experience.
