I had an appointment here with the Endoscopy department. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was that I waited in reception for 20 mins and feeling anxious before a lady came to get me.. otherwise staff were great.. the man on reception was very helpful. I definitely would go here again. Thank you

The receptionist Eric went above and beyond his duties after I arrived for my appointment a day late , I got myself in quite an upset state, he made sure I got back to my car ok and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was ok he made sure my appointment was rescheduled before I left, nothing was too much trouble and I cannot thank him enough for his kindness that day. What an asset he is. Thank you x
