I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The consultant, nurses and all the staff were professional, friendly and reassuring, and they explained everything clearly throughout the process. The operation to remove my varicose veins was a success, and I am very pleased with the results. I felt well cared for at every stage and would highly recommend this consultant and the team to anyone considering treatment. Thank you all for the excellent care.

As previous answer, with the addition that I would have appreciated clearer parking instructions. The signs warn that the car park is for permit holders only, so I was confused as to where I should park and had to ask at reception - after parking.

I was booked in for a mammogram/scan and on the day had an examination and then got told that the radiographer was on maternity leave. They had to rearrange the scans to the next Friday which left me feeling anxious until the next week where I had to come again.
