  • The consultant thought of the box to get my bloods done whilst I was at the consultation, which was at the weekend. The nurses where a little confused how to do this, which made me slightly anxious they would get it wrong. So I had to check. What wasn't clear was the next steps process, which I could have asked. I am not sure when I will next be contacted and how

  • Attended an appointment today at the hospital. I arrived early, was seen exactly on time for an echocardiogram. Lovely premises, all staff very friendly and efficient. A really positive experience, I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

  • Buckshaw hospital was easy to find and had good parking facilities. It was warm, friendly and spotlessly clean. All staff were very approachable and helpful. Although the appointment system was easy to navigate I did have to phone to confirm my appointment. This was because I did not receive the expected confirmation email. Staff apologised and sorted this quickly for me
