Attended yesterday 31.03.26, for planned ankle surgery. From the warm welcome, to up until i was discharged home, the care was excellent. A massive thank you to: The two male health care workers, both caring and supportive, when i first arrived and carried out the pre-op assessment, and the other male carer that looked after me whilst in the recovery bay immediately post-surgery. Thankyou to you both. Nurse Angela was behond lovely. Such a professional and caring nurse. The two male anaesthetists were so funny together, and i felt at complete ease and safe in their presence. They explained everything to me fully. Any anxieties that i had held about the surgery, anaesthetic, and recovery was short lived. Not forgetting my Surgeon Mr Trigkilidas, what a kind gentleman, and a fabulous surgeon and professional. I felt extremely safe in his care. I was given my own bay in privacy as part of my recovery to relax watching TV in a comfy recliner with a choice of varied refreshments. I felt very comfortable and safe. The Hospital felt peaceful and was spotlessly clean, again a credit to the team in general, not forgetting housekeeping that clearly do a great job. The experience was a very positive one and if I had to attend again for surgery or treatment, I certainly would not be as anxious as I was prior to me attending. Thank you all so much again that cared for me. You are an amazing team. 👏 ❤️

It's the first time I've been to cobalt hospital , I had a endoscopy done and all the staff were great so friendly, explained everything so I understood they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable which put my mind at ease during procedure, hospital itself is really clean , tidy and bright ! Wish all my visits were here 😂 thankyou to all the staff that made my visit a great experience, would 100% recommend to anyone including family and friends.

I recently had a bunionectomy done by Mr Refaie. From the first moment I saw him he put my mind at ease and explained the procedure fully. When I arrived for my procedure I couldn't fault the level of care and service I received from the reception staff, the nurses, the anaesthetists and the surgeon. The anaesthetist had me laughing and before I knew it I was in the recovery being looked after by the nurses. They made sure everything was explained before I left to go home and I couldn't fault a thing. The hospital is also immaculate and it's obvious the staff take pride in what they do. I'm now on the road to recovery and can't thank the staff enough. I would recommend this hospital and consultant to anyone.

Had a minor op to remove a troublesome lump at Cobalt and all the staff were just fantastic. From the receptionist and the pre/post op nurses to the consultant, everyone was just so professional and courteous. l honestly can't thank you all enough for making my op as stress free as possible, thank you 😃

I recently attended Cobalt Hospital for an endoscopy and I was very apprehensive about the procedure. I didn’t need to be worried because I was soon put at my ease and every single person in the hospital was kind and caring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cobalt Hospital.

Felt compelled to put a review on after my mam’s procedure at this hospital yesterday. Whilst it is always daunting to have such appointments, my mam said she needn’t have worried as they were nothing short of amazing! My mam is 77 and said her dignity and respect were promoted at all times and any prior anxiety or apprehension alleviated, by staff who were warm and caring in their approach and took the time to inform her of each step and what to expect along the way. My mam wanted me to put a review on to show some appreciation and recognition to the professionalism and outstanding care from the surgical staff, nurse and admin, who are all a credit to this hospital.

I had face and neck surgery performed. From my very first appointment ,reception greeted me with such warmth and understanding. Mr Peter Hodgkinson, consultant plastic surgeon saw me several times before surgery and after surgery. He was extremely thorough and explained the procedure in a way which I fully understood. He explained the procedure more than once and was more than happy to do so. He is realistic and was very honest re the out come. I had full confidence in Mr Hodgkinson through out every part of my treatment. All staff delivered excellent care. The anaethetist and all theatre staff put me at complete ease. The after care could not be faulted. I would highly recommend the Cobalt for any procedures you are considering having done.

Went to get lumps removed from my face. The process and staff were excellent however aftercare and aftermath not explained well as still left with large red marks rather than small lumps. If going for plastic surgery, ask what the results and length of recovery will be! And definitely decide the benefits Vs aftermath will be.

I had a umbilical hernia on the 31st July all I can say is the staff were very professional and very friendly and helpful the anaesthetics staff were very good at putting me at ease so I wasn't scared or worried just big thank you to all staff 😀

Had 2 surgeries one in November and March for cubitol tunnel release and the service I received was faultless ! Great staff from going in to leaving ! When booked in the nurse can’t remember her name ! Elaine I think ( only been with cobalt for. Year I think was great) great friendly service ! Shared humour which is great to relax !
