Absolutely — I’d make it warm and personal, while keeping it polished enough for a hospital review. An outstanding hospital and wonderful people I cannot praise The Cherwell Hospital highly enough. From the very first moment I contacted them to the last time I walked out of the hospital, I was treated with kindness, compassion and genuine concern. Most importantly, I was treated like a human being, rather than simply another patient. Everyone I encountered was friendly, caring and willing to go the extra mile, but there are a few people I would particularly like to mention. Karen Nichols, the private patient coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She tried her very best to help me and to make sure that everything possible was done for me. Her kindness and willingness to help made such a difference. Mr Modi went above and beyond in helping me with both my tennis elbow and my broken clavicle. I felt that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for me, and I was incredibly grateful for the time, expertise and attention he gave me. I was also seen by Mr Manjat for a ruptured UCL in my hand, and again I was struck by how approachable, kind and caring he was. What all three have in common is that they talk to you as a person. They listen, they explain things, and they make you feel that you matter. That may sound like a small thing, but when you are worried, in pain or facing an injury, it makes an enormous difference. The Cherwell Hospital is fortunate to have such lovely people working there. I am extremely grateful to Karen, Mr Modi, Mr Manjat and everyone else who looked after me. Thank you for making what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.

Came for cataract surgery on the NHS. Such a brilliant experience. Staff are exceptional- friendly, helpful and caring- providing regular hot drinks and biscuits if the wait is a bit longer. On my second appointment Di especially stood out. I had a moment of panic as surgery began and she spoke so calmly and gave me clearly reassurance and instructions on how to get through. Thanks Di and the other staff too. You are all great!

Great experience today at the Cherwell hospital. no waiting walked straight into treatment room and had wonderful service for thumb injections. Nurse and Doctor were extremely professional, fun and informative. Well done

I visited Cherwell Hospital this week for a total knee replacement, and am now two days post surgery. The treatment I got was second to none, and I feel that I have to leave a review, particularly about the staff, who were all superb, doing their jobs with kindness, compassion and professionalism. I can't commend them highly enough. Mr James Owen performed the surgery, and it seems to have been a success so far, but obviously it's still early days.

Came to The Cherwell Hospital for a Subacromial decompression and AC Joint excision, I have to say from start to finish this hospital was fantastic. From the surgeons to the nurses and everyone in between were brilliant and left me feeling as safe and reassured after my first surgery. I would definitely return to The Cherwell Hospital for any future issues when the need arises. Thank you all so much for such a positive experience .
