I can't thank him enough for everything hes done for me and continues to do for me. everybody at this hospital are so warm and welcoming. a lovely building kept to the highest of standards. The entire experience at Beacon Park Hospital was exceptional. I would like to thank Mr. Malhotra and all the staff that cared for me as they were absolutely brilliant and it is wonderful to be treated as a human being and not just a number. I arrived at the hospital as requested at 0730 and admitted within 10 minutes and I was back home by 1300 having had my surgery which lasted approximately 45 minutes, wonderful! If ever you the offer going for surgery at this hospital, GO FOR IT!

I was genuinely blown away by the attentiveness and professionalism of every member of staff at this hospital. Such a rare experience! I was waiting at reception (only a few minutes), a passing surgeon kindly stopped to check I was okay and promised it would be a quick wait. A small gesture, but it immediately put me at ease. Mr Chin was efficient and professional and his team, Lisa and Jodie, are phenomenal. They guided me through a difficult procedure with such reassurance, care and confidence that I felt completely supported from start to finish. I couldn’t be more impressed or more grateful!

Ive had a few operations here. I have always had very professional treatment. I had a procedure done yesterday and I have to say a big thank you to Nikki. The chai tea was perfect. Both you and Irene made my time there very calming less stressful, your both truly wonderful nurses.

Great one on one service

The operation was performed quickly and efficiently, which I evaluate positively. Contact with the staff and nurses was satisfactory, and the support of a translator as well as follow-up phone explanations were helpful. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. As a private facility, Beacon Park Hospital should have its own established procedures and standards that genuinely serve the patient. Instead, I was offered only toast, butter in small cubes, instant coffee, and biscuits – absolutely unacceptable for a patient after a surgical procedure. I had to take care of my own meals. There are top-down system procedures in place that, in practice, force the patient to comply. While it is a private facility, I would expect thoughtfully designed protocols that accommodate individual patient needs. The timing of the procedure itself was fast, but the systemic approach and patient experience left much to be desired.
