The entire experience at Beacon Park Hospital was exceptional. I would like to thank Mr. Malhotra and all the staff that cared for me as they were absolutely brilliant and it is wonderful to be treated as a human being and not just a number. I arrived at the hospital as requested at 0730 and admitted within 10 minutes and I was back home by 1300 having had my surgery which lasted approximately 45 minutes, wonderful! If ever you the offer going for surgery at this hospital, GO FOR IT!

I was genuinely blown away by the attentiveness and professionalism of every member of staff at this hospital. Such a rare experience! I was waiting at reception (only a few minutes), a passing surgeon kindly stopped to check I was okay and promised it would be a quick wait. A small gesture, but it immediately put me at ease. Mr Chin was efficient and professional and his team, Lisa and Jodie, are phenomenal. They guided me through a difficult procedure with such reassurance, care and confidence that I felt completely supported from start to finish. I couldn’t be more impressed or more grateful!

Ive had a few operations here. I have always had very professional treatment. I had a procedure done yesterday and I have to say a big thank you to Nikki. The chai tea was perfect. Both you and Irene made my time there very calming less stressful, your both truly wonderful nurses.

The operation was performed quickly and efficiently, which I evaluate positively. Contact with the staff and nurses was satisfactory, and the support of a translator as well as follow-up phone explanations were helpful. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. As a private facility, Beacon Park Hospital should have its own established procedures and standards that genuinely serve the patient. Instead, I was offered only toast, butter in small cubes, instant coffee, and biscuits – absolutely unacceptable for a patient after a surgical procedure. I had to take care of my own meals. There are top-down system procedures in place that, in practice, force the patient to comply. While it is a private facility, I would expect thoughtfully designed protocols that accommodate individual patient needs. The timing of the procedure itself was fast, but the systemic approach and patient experience left much to be desired.

Private small hospital part of the Ramsey Group. The hospital entrance has a barrier system in place with a large free carpark. The entrance is easly located with wheelchair friendly access. One level, automatic doors, and a low counter at reception. The waiting room is ample sized with a coffee machine, TV & customer WIFI. The hospital sees fee paying customers, health Insurance customers as well as NHS referals. Ive been a couple of times and always found it, clean, pleasant, welcoming and the staff Kind & compassionate. Highly recommended especially if like me your a little anxious.

Fabulous Service! I’m really shocked to read some of the negative reviews. As part of the NHS Choices Scheme, I was offered several options following a referral to a pain clinic. I opted for Dr.Rajan at Beacon Park as he specialises in back pain, which suited my needs. Within days, I had an appointment, and within weeks, I’d had my procedure. Dr. Rajan is charming, and obviously an expert in his field. Indeed, the entire team at Beacon Park excel in their care, professionalism and friendliness. The place is spotless, and the care I’ve received has been second to none. They didn’t know that I’m an ex, “old school” nurse, so I do know good service when I see it…..and that’s exactly what I got, without “preferential treatment:”! It’s early days yet, but my follow-up appointment has already been scheduled for next month. I really can’t fault the service, and highly recommend. Thankyou so much.

I have been here for pre operative assement ans health checks for 2 hip replacment surgerys. Well run staff friendly and professional, clean facilities and open airy waiting room . I was under Rowley Hall Hospital ,I had my latest hip surgery in Aug 24. Thanks to all staff and health professionals at Becon Park Hospital
