From my introductory appointment I found all staff at Blakelands extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. On the day of the procedure I was welcomed like a valued guest. Every member of staff was so friendly that I felt more like a neighbour than a patient and was almost able to forget why I was there. I was only there for an hour and, unfortunately, cannot recall many names but all are deserving of warm and heartfelt thanks. Thank you.

Brilliant care for a hernia operation. All the nurses (Alex & Joan in aftercare) and doctors were excellent. Kind and calm, ready to answer any questions. My surgery was referred through the NHS but was treated like a private patient. Only took 4 weeks from the initial NHS referral to them for me to have the operation.

I can definitely recommend Blakelands hospital. I've recently had to have Gastroscopy at blakelands. The team was excellent in putting me at ease before & after my procedure. Achal carried the Endoscopy & I never felt any pain before or during it. The other members of the team that looked after me so well & deserve a mention are. Amma, Janie, Florence, Gemma, Letty & last but not least Paul who I believe administered my fentanyl senative & throat spray. Thanks for making the procedure easier than I expected.

Had an upper endoscopy, the staff were all very lovely and welcoming. The surgery itself went well, the doctor who did it was very friendly and explained the procedure as it happened.

I had a knee arthroscopy yesterday with Mr. Kordas & his team. I am very grateful for the great care & kindness of the anaesthetist AK (from MK😃) & nurse Jo. To name just a few. The only reason this is a 4 star rating & not 5 star is the abrupt manner of the nurse at the very end who could not get me out of a chair (not a bed!) quick enough with the words ‘we need this for other patients’. I am a private patient who had general anaesthetic & waited to be picked up which only took 15 minutes. My offer to wait at reception was declined. But thank you to all the other staff members who were lovely!

Exceptional service caring for my dad today. From a friendly greeting at reception to coming out. Nothing too much trouble . All nurses and doctor top notch. Could not fault them. My dad is 87 and was slightly nervous, but everyone put him at ease. Thank you all.
