  • Had a fantastic experience at Blakelands hospital!! Reception staff friendly smiley and inviting Dr Pai was so friendly and explained everything so well We had a pre op assessment and the lady was lovely Then on the day of my operation everyone was so friendly and warm and inviting! I really couldn’t ask for more from a hospital a world away from KGH! Tea and biscuits provided when I came round from surgery Lovely friendly staff! Monika Leanne Kirsty Kit Sarah and Alex thank you all so much for everything!!!!

  • Excellent. From when I arrived to when I left I could not fault the experience. Checking in, the operation and being discharged was seamless. There was plenty of interaction and and information available both verbally and with work literature. Also, no waiting for ages. Thumbs up and thank you 👍

  • Not having had this type of procedure before I was a little wary. But the staff were all so lovely and the procedure was much quicker than expected so was in an out in no time at all.
