The staff at Boston west from the receptionists to the nurses, to theatre staff infact everyone I have come across have been nothing but excellent. All my appointments have always been on time and I have always been treated very well. At Boston west (the Ramsay group) they treat people that have been referred by the nhs and privately. The level care remains at the highest level regardless of how you ended up being referred.
