Referred for cataract surgery via the NHS. The pre-surgery appointments were very thorough. I was given lots of written information as well. I spoke to Mr Ahmed who carried out both operations. He was very professional and kind. All the people I spoke to did their best to put me at ease and answered my questions. I also appreciated the follow up phone calls 24 hours afterwards and the assurance that I could contact the hospital if I had any problems or worries following surgery.

I had a endoscopy on Saturday which I was very anxious about, but the staff were kind and understanding and gave plenty of reassurance. I opted to have sedation. It took multiple attempts to get the needle in due to deep veins but the nurse and doctor who was putting the needle in were constantly talking to me to distract me from what was happening. My memory of the procedure itself is kind of fuzzy so I don’t remember all of it, i do remember how unpleasant it was but the kindness and reassurance I was given made it that little bit easier and I don’t think I would of got through it without them. I was taken to the recovery area where I was taken care of and reassured( I was a bit shaken up afterwards).

Very clean 👌 excellent reception and staff very caring, the only fault I can find is Location, I'm not familiar with the area and it took me 45 mins to find the facility, there are 4-5 NHS facilities in an estate and a further 4 NHS facilities within the area of Boston West as I've found so far so a suggestion of a map sent out to those from out of the area would be helpful 😀

Very well ran hospital. From reception to leaving after my operation I was treated with care by the best staff and surgeon I ever come across. Brilliant service throughout. Would highly recommend using this hospital.
