At my stay at Euxton Hall Hospital as a day patient every one did all they could to make me feel comfortable and safe. Everything concerning my operation was explained clearly, everyone who took care of me were very patient and kind, even when I had an embarrassing situation they didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I had a phone call 24 hours later to see if everything was going well at home and if I had any worries to call the ward to speak to a nurse etc. I've had a few operations there and I can highly recommend them for your treatment.

I had an appointment here today, the staff were friendly enough however i was called no less than 4 times prior to my appointment which i wasnt able to answer, i later found out this was because the dr i was due to see had an appointment at 10am and then i was the next one at 2pm so they wanted to see if i could push it forwards. Fair enough, but ringing once and leaving a message would have been enough, calling someone 4 times seems a bit much in my book. Then when i got to reception the lady behind the desk made sure to tell me that the dr had gone home and was coming back just for me which made it seem as if i was some kind of inconvenience for them. When in reality I showed up on time to my appointment which i specifically booked for the afternoon because i worked a graveyard shift until midnight the night before. The Dr i saw however was great, friendly, professional and informative, and didn't mention the fact he'd been home in between appointments at all. So great from that aspect.

I went privately due to the waiting times for the nhs. From the second I got in contact to me being discharged the care was just amazing. The nurses and my consultant couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring. Mr Loganathan was amazing and I would recommended him to anyone that is in the same situation as me (gallbladder). Really can’t thank him and the staff enough! It’s changed my life. I’m not really ones for reviews but this just needed one 💙

I had a hip replacement on the NHS in October 25. The way I was treated by everyone- you would think I’d paid to go private. I was treated like I mattered. From the nurses to the care assistants- everyone worked hard to keep me safe and reassured - and everyone had smiles on their faces too. I would never want to go anywhere else if I needed surgery again - such a warm and welcoming environment - filled with amazing professionals x

Euxton Hall Ramsey Group Absolutely fantastic hospital every single member of staff from the minute you walk in are very welcoming polite and couldn’t do enough for you the nurses are brilliant make you at ease my consultant I couldn’t recommend Anil Gambhir enough and a big shout out to the two male anaesatists absolutely perfect spoke through everything they was doing so calming and reassuring and very professional I wish I can choose everyone that looked after me on my stay to look after any future problems I have ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was fortunate to have my surgery at Euxton Hall Hospital. The care I received was outstanding, from the initial pre-op assessments through to the surgery itself. I stayed here for a total hip replacement and it felt like I was in a 5* hotel!!! EVERYONE has been amazing. I could not have been looked after better, from the surgical team to the fabulous ward staff - what an amazing experience. A special thank you to Cassie who worked the night shift, and found the right pain relief throughout the night. She also came immediately when I buzzed (several times)!!! Absolutely everyone was kind and respectful- thank you so much for taking care of me!! Janine OHara xx

Euxton Hall, along with the ramsay group, are amazing! The waiting time isn't too long, the staff demonstrate excellent patient care and the facilities are of a very high standard. The treatments over the years with Dr. Head-Rapson have been life changing for me and have given me a better quality of life all around. The Dr and his full team are truly wonderful. They are a shining example of customer focused care, good practice, patient understanding and compassion. Well done to the whole team, you are amazing!

I recently had a day case procedure at Euxton Hall. I was a little nervous but was reassured by the lovely nurses on the ward. The theatre staff were also lovely. My Consultant came to see me beforehand to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Afterwards, when back in the room, I was checked on numerous times by the nurses and the Anaesthetist Zita came to see me. I wouldn’t have wanted my procedure anywhere else. Thank you so much
