I've brought my wife a few times. To start, it's a beautiful old building which engenders a relaxed atmosphere. Never overcrowded or over busy, but that doesn't necessarily mean no waiting time and the traditionally dull waiting room would benefit from some background music or even just something to read beyond health insurance leaflets and proudly displayed corporate posters, anything to encourage us to get off our phones, right? The doctors and nursing staff however are highly professional and comforting.

I had a total hip replacement in March 2025, and I can't fault anyone involved in my journey. It was my first ever procedure at any hospital in my life, and at 60 I was absolutely terrified. Mr Numan Shah, all the nursing staff and my anaesthetist were amazing, and all extremely patient and accommodated my extreme fear of needles. Everything went well, I didn't have any problems, and if it wasn't for my vastly reduced small scar, I wouldn't know I'd had anything done.

I had a good experience from start to finish - I would not hesitate to recommend this h ospital as the staff were exceedingly helpful and reassuring - I noted too it was a busy place at reception reflecting how popular and well recommended it was - being of small stature ( I am sure I am shrinking) I found the reception desk rather tall - perhaps a lower frontage with a perspect surrounding so one can see more clearly the capable receptionist behind and be able to converse more clearly - also I cannot remember if the floor was wooden - I found I did not have a proper stick with me only my umbrella - and it slipped a bit - so a non-slip surface would be safer - fine absolute;u fine - a beautiful location and excellent hospital - I am very grateful to the opportunity of a referral to gain expert diagnosis and felt safe in very good hands - thank you.- I am 83 yrs old and would love the idea of helping in any way - but sadly I am already involved in some voluntary work - though reduced because of my mobility problem - on my own - but still trying o keep abreast of everyday life - have friends and family I keep in touch regularly, and I have been a Carer for much of my life and involved in office work - places like a hospital providing calm and assuring atmosphere - can affect a very good experience and take away the fear if they have a return visit for treatment - whether we are young or old - to be treated respectfully is so welcomed. One's life is a gift - one's life has a plan - one's life has a purpose and of course, we have the opportunity of choosing the right! Again, thank you.

I just want to say being here at this hospital, to have my knee replacement, I had excellent treatment, nurses, doctors, health care staff, surgeon, theatre staff, & physiotherapy staff & all the medical staff that was involved in my care, was absolutely amazing, they was very caring nothing was ever too much for them, everyone made me feel at ease & I can highly recommend this hospital to anyone, they are so very caring & understanding. I've always felt comfortable when I've been here, excellent care, absolutely 💯 %
