  • I had a total hip replacement in March 2025, and I can't fault anyone involved in my journey. It was my first ever procedure at any hospital in my life, and at 60 I was absolutely terrified. Mr Numan Shah, all the nursing staff and my anaesthetist were amazing, and all extremely patient and accommodated my extreme fear of needles. Everything went well, I didn't have any problems, and if it wasn't for my vastly reduced small scar, I wouldn't know I'd had anything done.

  • I just want to say being here at this hospital, to have my knee replacement, I had excellent treatment, nurses, doctors, health care staff, surgeon, theatre staff, & physiotherapy staff & all the medical staff that was involved in my care, was absolutely amazing, they was very caring nothing was ever too much for them, everyone made me feel at ease & I can highly recommend this hospital to anyone, they are so very caring & understanding. I've always felt comfortable when I've been here, excellent care, absolutely 💯 %

  • The care and treatment from the theatre team and the staff on the ward was excellent. The professionalism from all the staff could not have been any better. I can’t really thank them enough for the care, support and kindness I received during my surgery and recovery back in the ward.
